Installation of a Viessmann Vitocal 150-A Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP); upgraded radiators, hot water cylinder and pipework: We worked with Thomas for the best part of a year to completely overhaul our existing gas-fired central heating system as part of a wider renovation project (including solar + storage, as well as insulating floors/walls and replacing old glazing). We met with around 5 companies before coming across Thomas. We were so impressed by not only his technical knowledge but also the time and care he took to understand our needs, budget and goals (we wanted to be warmer, for less carbon and lower bills). Thomas has absolutely delivered - we are now fully disconnected from the gas mains and delighted with our new ultra efficient (& ultra quiet) heating system. I'm actually looking forward to winter! I can't recommend Thomas enough - if you are thinking of going down the ASHP route, look no further (and the BUS Grant, fully managed by Thomas, was a big help too!)

We were looking for a new company to service our Viessmann boiler, and happened upon Tom. He has done an excellent and thorough job, doing a far more comprehensive service than previous companies. A proper strip down of the boiler, fully tested, gas supply checked for leaks back at the meter, and thorough clean of our Magnacleanse filter. Very courteous throughout, taking great care to remove his shoes on frequent trips to get tools from his van. Then gave me some good advice on ASHP which I would be keen to progress with him in the near future.

British Gas trained engineer now working independently. Tom installed our new boiler 5 years ago, after quoting to repair it (cheaper, but the boiler probably would have needed replacing before very much longer). He has serviced it regularly since then (inexpensively) This last weekend while we were away leaving our daughter home alone (!) the heating broke down. Tom came out Monday morning, we trusted him to have access to a spare key, and he quickly fixed the problem (replaced the room thermostat) inexpensively. He has done work for about 5 of our neighbours in our Neighbourhood WhatsApp group and they have all been delighted with his work. DEFINITELY a trusted trader.

Tom is excellent. We have an over-complicated setup and it requires a skilled person to look after it. We have dealt with Tom for more than a year now, he is friendly, responsive, excellent at his job and yet remains sensibly priced. We have come to completely trust him with our heating systems and wouldn't use anyone else. I would recommend him to anyone. UPDATE: The heating suddenly went off yesterday. 12 hours later we’re up and running again (I contacted Tom with a problem late last night and to our good fortune he was able to come first thing this morning. Diagnosed the issue in less than ten minutes. Fixed in half an hour. Really excellent — thank you Tom.

I've had difficulties finding a warm air gas engineer in the past. I found Thomas' adverts, spoke with him, and agreed a probable fault diagnosis and cost estimate. Viessmann 100-w combi boiler fitted in loft. This was a new installation and the pipe work was very tidy. New radiators fitted requiring changes to pipework. Tom had the patience to get it right. Tom was easy to get along with, he was focused on getting the job done right. We had confidence he would do a good job and everything is as we expected.

Our heating system stopped working and Tom was kind enough to attend the following morning. He quickly found the fault and replaced the part then gave our boiler its annual service. Tom is vey efficient, polite and professional and very reasonably priced - Highly recommended.

Have just had entire new central heating system with heat pump installed. Very pleased with the completed job. Tom was reliable, knowledgeable and completed within estimated time with reasonable cost for such a big job.

We have used Thomas to service our warm air heating and water heater units on a number of occasions and he has always been excellent. This time we also used him to do a specific job and rerun a new gas pipe to take out of use a cooker connection and two wall gas pipes. He did this making a beautiful job of the pipe work adding additional shut of valves and parts I was not expecting for a very good price. He also serviced our heating and water units at the same time. I don't like having anyone in the house doing work but Thomas is the only person I make an exception for as he is so good and fills me with complete confidence for the quality of his work and for the prices that he charges.

I can thoroughly recommend Tom. From the start, he we was helpful, communicative and very insightful. We wanted to reconfigure our central heating system so the boiler would be more efficient. Thomas is a professional, reliable and helpful gas engineer. Thomas fitted 2 new thermostats for my Mum. He was really professional and knowledgeable. He was prompt, polite and got on with the work quickly. He even popped back to help my Mum re-program the thermostats after she made a mistake with them! Would highly recommend.

Tom is absolutely wonderful! He replaced our heating system in a 3bed house - all our radiators and pipes in readiness for a heat pump installation. He is knowledgeable, quick to respond, very tidy and organised. He advises where appropriate, so you end up with a sensible ans sustainable solution. We are going to use him again for some smaller installations such as checking pips pressure, connecting our fridge to plumbing or getting hot & cold pipes in the garden. Overall Tom provided an excellent service and as he is a very approachable with a great sense of humour, the whole experience was even better :) Thanks Tom, we hope to see you and Steve soon for the promised barbecue!

Tom has just completed installation of my new Viessmann boiler and I can say I am very pleased with the result. He has been extremely professional throughout. I was impressed right from the initial quotation stage which was very thorough compared to other heating engineers that had had a look. His communication is excellent, both on site and by email. I also appreciated the attention to detail, at the handover stage I didn't have to raise anything as an issue as he had already spotted it earlier and dealt with it. I will definitely be using him again.

Having received quotes from a number of suppliers for a replacement condensing boiler, Tom's came in a the best price and he was also one of only two who were able to source a Viessmann boiler, which has the stainless steel heat exchanger that we need to be compatible with our softened water. Tom was punctual, polite and professional at all times. doing a very tidy job of the boiler replacement, including the neat installation of a new kitchen cupboard to cover the boiler in our utility room. I would not hesitate to recommend Tom for central heating work and I will definitely be getting him back in when the annual service is due.

Called Tom after hours when my boiler service identified a unrepairable part on my boiler. 4 plumbers all agreed that I needed a new £2k boiler fitting, Tom agreed to visit the next day and came with the parts. He fixed it within the hour, back up and running, and for around £250 which I was able to claim back through my boiler insurance (which did not cover a new boiler). Very good service, helpful, and speedy too. No hard selling! Recommend
