Highly recommend Richard for any plumbing work! He replaced my leaky tap quickly and cleanly, all for a very clear and fair price. He also took the time to explain how to remove and drain a radiator, which was incredibly helpful. He was super friendly, professional, and does the job properly.

Richard came out at short notice to provide advice on a stop tap I was worried about, and to correct the previous installation of an outdoor tap we inherited when moving in to the property. Prior to attending he was responsive to returning calls, and called before arriving giving an ETA. He was good humoured, worked diligently, was very professional in his work. Price was as quoted on initial contact, and he left his working areas clean and tidy. Would absolutely recommend him to anyone seeking a genuine, honest, professional plumber - already got him in mind for an upcoming boiler service.
What a pleasure it was to meet Richard. Considerate re my deafness and arthritis plus cheerful despite the rain. Prompt and efficient; he made short work of a troublesome outside tap and strange ‘fittings’ that no new hose attachments would connect to properly. Very reasonably priced. Highly recommend and would definitely ask for him again.
