I had high hopes. They came out to survey and said I’d receive a quote a week later. Despite chasing twice, I’ve never heard from them again. Very disappointing and a waste of time. Unfortunately.

I made an appointment with Banstead Boilers to service my combi-boiler and radiatiors and was really pleased all round. The call was dealt with effectively and clear pricing given to me. Nick came to complete the work and he was terrific. Straight to work, dealt with a small issue we had with wear and tear without a drama and throughout he was keen to do a good job. I cannot recommend this firm highly enough. Firstly we met the very affable Stuart who came to quote for the job of getting us up and running with a new boiler after days in sub zero temperatures without heating. He was friendly, knowledgeable, fully competent and well informed with all matters the job entailed. Banstead Boilers not only beat British Gas significantly in price, but also in time - they rescheduled things to help get us warm again 2 weeks sooner than the competition could even start! We were initially told it would take 2 days, however, I came home on day 1 to a warm home for the first time in 9 long days. All radiators flushed and working, condensation pipe cleaned, new boiler happily humming doing its thing. Another reason to chose this company are the staff. We had the absolute pleasure of the skill of 4 gentleman called Harry, Dave, Scott and George. Fantastic lads who were friendly, great with our circumstances and were absolutely committed to getting us warm in a day. It isn't always easy to find great staff, but this firm hire well - the lads are skilled, friendly and professional. Great job, thank you all.

Brilliant Service. Called Stuart late afternoon with a Combi Boiler that wouldn't work and an Engineer was booked and arrived the following morning. Michael the Engineer was amazingly professional, polite and having looked at the reported fault in advance even brought the likely part needed for repair which turned out to be spot on. Boiler fixed in less than an hour and a very happy customer.
Turned up promptly, installed in a day, professional clean job with new flue through roof neatly done. Best price in island, recommend .

Booking a survey for our replacement boiler was simple and Banstead Boilers arrived on time. Booked them in straight away after getting the quote, which was very reasonable. Again, they arrived early and it was all completed by mid-afternoon. New boiler is working fine after one week, and I've booked them in to add an outside tap. Would happily recommend.
I called Banstead Boilers after finding the boiler in a rental property I was re-letting had broken. Stuart was very helpful over the phone, was able to give me a rough estimate and arranged for one of the team to meet me on the Monday. George was at the property on time, and was friendly and professional. He got to work straight away, coming back two days later to install the new boiler as arranged. I wasn't present while the work was carried out, but arrived at the property as George was finishing up. The new boiler looked great, the flat was spotlessly clean and George took the time to talk me through the new system. The price ended up being almost exactly what i'd been quoted over the phone and was competitive. The work was carried out quickly and in time for my new tenant to move in. Really great service. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Excellent company to deal with. The receptionist was polite and friendly on the phone and kept me updated with the progress of my booking. They sent an engineer the next day who was knowledgeable and carried out a successful repair, as well as giving me some good advice on setting my boiler. They were competively priced compaired to other firms I phoned.
Really pleased with the work carried out. Proper copper plumbing (and lots of it in my case) and not just cowboys armed with a load of plastic pushfit! Professional, punctual, friendly and fairly priced. Recommended.

Excellent company to use. My boiler had a fault and my home insurance sent an engineer from another firm (Rightgas, DO NOT USE) who condemned it after just 10 minutes and left us with no hot water or heating. I asked Banstead Boilers for a second opinion as they had serviced the boiler recently and they informed me that the diagnosis was incorrect, the boiler was safe and the repair was minor. They had it up and running in no time. They are a terrific company and I highly recommend using them.

Old heating system, started leaking during the night , made a call first thing in the morning, they were extremely helpful and even managed to squeeze me in en-route to another job. Managed to stop the leak in no time. Would highly recommend this company to anyone.
