Screed Easy ltd

We had a very positive experience with Screed Easy. Right from Gavin’s first visit to the screeding, latexing and flooring (from floors made easy) we received a very professional and responsive service. Gavin in particular helped us to solve some problems caused by an uneven floor and a tight timeline and was personally available throughout the project. Highly recommended

We have used Screed Easy three times now, always prompt, good communication, reasonably priced and good quality work. Would recommend.

We have used Screedeasy Ltd on a number of occasions and we will continue to do so. The guys onsite have been very efficient on all occasions, they have good communication and they leave the property and the street neat and tidy. Would highly recommend.

Great job done by the speed easy guys...Nice finish on screed .

Good team and a quality finish

Fantastic company, very helpful and friendly, UFH was installed, they screeded the kitchen floor for me. The work was great very nice lads and a great job, will definitely be using this company again :)

Definitely Recommend ScreedEasy. Efficient and professional staff over the phone and on site.

what an amazing company! from start to finish the service has been fantastic. The staff on the phone could not be more helpful and friendly. Screed easy managed to arrange my floor within 48hrs. The chaps that pumped the floor where efficient and friendly also and on time. I would recommend the service they provide Thankyou so much ScreedEasy

They forgot to install the expansion foam around the screed perimeter. They however came back to me and offered to repair the mistake. Overall they did a good job, fast and flat!

I would recommend ScreedEasy, they came and did an initial assessment of my property and advised of a few items that needed addressing prior to the screeding They don’t cut any corners and use quality products, good genuine guys and I have rang them a number of times after for some advice and they are always happy to take time out.

Screed easy are very professional and have a great bunch of lads that take pride in there work would always highly recommend

**DO NOT USE SCREED EASY** I would not recommend using Screed Easy. I paid for a pale grey (specific type of screed chosen) screed floor to be laid with underfloor heating and although the underfloor heating works I have unfortunately had nothing but problems with the floor itself and the staffs handling of the fact I had paid £3000 for a floor that isnt what I wanted. First it cracked (to the point where it looked like crazy paving) I spent hours over many weeks chasing them for a response on what we could do about this and why it had happened. When I finally got someone on the phone they blamed the uneven floor underneath (i was not told this would be a problem prior or I would have tried to make sure it wasnt) and were incredibly rude and hung up on me instead of facing the issue. Eventually I managed to get someone round and they apologised for the phone call and we scheduled in for the floor to be relaid. The first day the floor was meant to be relaid they did not turn up (due to illness which is fine), after some chasing they came the next day and I was told would be back the following to seal the floor. I then messaged to check when they were coming to seal the floor, they said they'd left the sealant for me to do as it wasnt part of the quote. Now I can see the logic behind this but unfortunately they have failed to supply a floor in the original colour I paid for (it is far darker grey this time as they used a different product even though I had chosen one specifically) and they left it so one of my doors doesnt close. After I alerted them to the problems above they shrugged there shoulders and have refused to engage in talks on partially refunding me so I can get my door shaven and the floor sealed. I chose this company because of good reviews but unfortunatly they do not stand up to the test when it comes to problems. I really recommend you do not use them as you will have your time/money wasted and your intelligence insulted.

Not a good experience at all. Caused a lot of damage to our brand new house. The oak doors, brand new kitchen, expensive bi fold doors, fresh walls & skirting boards all covered in latex, mark's & scratches which have had to be professionally cleaned and re painted. The quality of the floor levelling work was so bad that it has cost £00's to have it rectified by other contractors. They also take 100% of the job value upfront so you have no recourse if there's a problem and they don't respond to emails or voicemails once they have your money.. Be warned!!!

Very happy with the service received from Kenny, Gavin, Danny & the team. I contacted initially just for the screed but after they looked over my property they advised that the floor wasn't levelled right. They took on the project of insulating the floor, laying the underfloor heating and pouring the screed. I would recommend using them for the floor insulation, laying of UFH and screeding. Very friendly, knowledgeable and reasonably priced.

Very happy with the service and work! I was a little put off initially by someone else comments, but after talking through with Gavin and seeing first had their work I was re-assured. Would happily recommend them to anyone else!

I would highly recommend screed easy! The team did a fantastic job on my extension. They supplied and installed both my underfloor heating and screed and did a great job. I am very happy with the end result and will be recommending these guys for future jobs

Absolutely fantastic company to deal with, nothing is ever too much trouble. Gavin and Kenny have always gone the extra mile to make sure jobs are finished on time and to the highest of standards. I highly recommend using Screed Easy. I will be using them again.

avoid. run by 2 fraudsters who owe us over £60k after making a disaster of our extension.
