Phil is so good at what he does that I feel lucky to be his customer. Always on time, he works exceptionally hard in what is something of an awkward garden to maintain. I often work away and on occasion he has acted as 'Plant Rescuer' , making an emergency visit to re-plant a shrub that is suffering. He has an excellent knowledge of plants and good ideas about design. I always look forward to Phil's visits and cannot recommend him highly enough.
