If you are looking for good builders, reliable and trustworthy, look no further! I recently carried out extensive renovation of my house that included rewinding, plastering, new heating system, and new flooring. Finding the right builders was key as we were on a tight budget with a lot of pressure from the lender to complete the work before remortgaging. I employed Tommy / South Hampshire Builders to carry out the work. Tommy and his team were very thorough with their work, they came in every day focusing entirely on my house and working throughout the week consistently. Tommy was very detailed with this communication on the work throughout and took pride in ensuring that the work was completed at high standard. Tommy was clear on the work and costs involved from the outset and communicated any unforeseen issues swiftly, coming up with cost effective solutions and reasonable and well thought suggestions. The work was completed in good time and to a high standard. I found Tommy to be very honest, totally transparent, clear with his communication, courteous throughout and genuine man. Not only they worked hard and did a great job, but Tommy and Mitch helped me with some DIY that I took on to try and keep the renovating costs down by providing good advice and helpful tips. Nothing was much of a bother for Tommy and Mitch. We are so pleased with the work and would have no hesitation to employ Tommy and South Hampshire Builders in the future, which I would highly recommend to anyone looking for reliable and good builders. I am deeply grateful to Tommy and his team for the great job they did!

Tommy and Mitch converted two cupboards into a downstairs toilet for us. They were incredibly helpful from the first visit to the time they finished. Our house threw a few challenges at them but they dealt with it all very professionally, were thorough, communicative and considerate and took care around our house. The quality of the finished room was really high and we're very happy and it was all for a very fair cost. I'd have no hesitation in recommending them to others.
I can't rate this company highly enough! They are professional and efficient, demonstrating a great eye for detail from planning all the way through to clean up. Tommy was able to give great input to the original plans to maximise our space, not only in the extension but through the rest of the house also. As we were given such a competitive quote, we were able to enlist SHB for further works to the house inside our budget, so we were absolutely thrilled. We are really pleased with the workmanship at SHB, and have since booked Tommy and his team at other family properties. As expected, beautiful work, all on time and for a great price. Many thanks
