Luke supplied and fitted LVT across our whole ground floor following a recent extension. He did a great job prepping the existing floor, which wasn’t an easy job as we had an old 1930s suspended timber floor and a new screed extension floor to contend with. The finished result is a beautiful herringbone floor, it’s already had so many compliments and I’ve recommended him to 2 friends already!

Really pleased with the work. Very quick and efficient - only took a week from meeting Luke to having the carpet and LVT fitted. Friendly guys and competitive prices, highly recommended. Even took a few parcels for us.

I hired him to lay vinyl floor in my bathroom and within three weeks it bubbled in three different areas. He reglued the first bubble but then told me I’ll either have to pay for him to fix the other two, or he can give me a partial refund. He laid it on top of my previous bathroom vinyl (which is a textured surface to prevent slipping) but I thought he was going to remove the old one first. He said the reason it’s likely not sticking is because of the chemicals on the original floor, but if that’s the case then he should’ve properly prepped the surface first and used a stronger glue. I’ll eventually have to pay for another contractor to relay it and I’m hoping I don’t have to buy new vinyl, but so far three companies told me they wouldn’t be able to salvage it. By the way I’m pretty certain he’s not insured because he didn’t answer when I asked, plus if he was insured then it would cover the cost of my flooring since I’ll need it replaced.

Luke removed our old flooring and laid our new lvt flooring on time and at the agreed price. We found him reliable and good value.

We had Top 2 Bottom come and do our kitchen initially, he was very knowledgeable and advised on what was best to do, when he gave me his advice my carpenter was also in the room, sorting the floorboards and joists before the flooring, and he even said this guy know what he’s talking about. He did an amazing job, saved me some money against Tapi and we even got him to come back and do some extra bits for us a couple of weeks after. Amazing worker and very reliable.
