Appalling organisation. Missed appointments, no message. No proper records of meetings. Bland excuses about just having come back from holidays. Unable to visit my house at 17:30 to quote on repairs needed 'because they need daylight', and because they close at 5. I will not be asking them to quote. Very, very disappointing.
We needed a roofing repair recently following heavy rain and a leak, one call to David's roofing and they attended the same afternoon, the staff ere extremely polite and professional and able to offer advise and reassurance with the state of the roof and other areas which potentially needed work but not urgently. I really like that there was no hard sell but honest advice as to what we needed. I used David's some years ago for a roof repair on another property and I can honestly say that their service and quality has remained the same. Highly recommended local company.

Leaking chimney breast, turned out the lead flashing needed replacing. Quick, efficient service. Job completed in 72 hours (had to wait for dry day. A massive thank you as my mother is 87 and this job needed doing quickly. Brilliant service.

Before commissioning Davids of Wimborne I checked out their reviews on Checkatrade and was very impressed to see the enormous numbers of positive reviews. I found that very reassuring and can honestly say I am over the moon with the way they work and with the price.
We had a very bad leak from our roof and contacted Davids Roofing. They identified the leak was from the valley and supplied us a quote. We accepted their quote and the work was carried out successfully. We found their staff to be very courteous and hardworking and would happily recommend them. Thank you from Martin Shaw
This firm was recommended to me but I, personally, would not use again on the basis of poor value and poor customer service. They charged me over £3000 for work that did not fix a leak that resulted in damage to my lounge ceiling; they then wanted to charge me another similar amount to return and do more work to fix the leak. Despite several requests, when I called to request a short report for my insurer, the person I had been dealing with refused on the basis that he said I had told a neighbour not to use them. This was not the case, although I did and still do feel, they were very expensive considering the problem wasn't fixed. I do not normally write reviews but felt it only fair to warn others. My advice, always get three quotes in writing and always ask for a damage report BEFORE any work is done. I have since had very good service from Wimborne Roofing.
