The Fascia Division Holdings Ltd

I am extremely pleased with the uPVC fascias, soffits, and guttering installed by The Fascia Division six months ago to replace my rotting timber. From sales to installation and aftercare, the entire team was polite, friendly, and professional. The inclusion of eaves protection, bird combs, and leaf guards as standard provides great peace of mind that no corners were cut. Advice for others: I recommend checking if the cement boards supporting your tile verges (on the gable ends) need replacing. In my case, the original boards were too short to reach the gutter, which likely caused the previous timber to rot. While the new plastic fascias won't rot, water still drips behind them, which is a minor annoyance which I didn't know until afterwards. It is worth asking the team to address this during the installation.

I recently used Facia Division to completely replace the facias, soffits and guttering on our large bungalow. The team that did the work were 1st class craftsmen. They completely stripped the existing installation back to the rafters. They then carried out a range of repairs to the property's fabric to make everything sound before fitting the new fascias, soffits and guttering. As part of the installation, they tidied up all the cabling and fitted additional flashing to ensure the installation was fully weatherproof. I'm absolutely delighted with the work and highly recommend them.

Absolutely amazing ! the way the whole team of The Facia Division provided, I was very impressed with the planning, execution and completion of the full project, just exceptional service. I would have no hesitations recommending this company. Thank You.

Punctual, polite fitters. They worked very effectively. Tidied up at the end of every day. All ladders, platforms and other equipment was stacked neatly and/ or secured overnight. Delighted with the quality of the work and with the efficient company generally.

Great service from this company from start to finish! Brilliant staff who definitely know their products, and a great team fitting the soffits & fascias too. The time schedule given for fitment was done within their timings, and the scaffolding company worked to their dates quoted as well. All in all, we cannot fault the 'Fascia Division' and we are definitely using them again in a couple of months to replace a flat roof at our property. Thank you Fascia Division 🙂

Highly recommend Tony and his team. Excellent communication throughout, quality work and happy with the price. Have used for windows and new porch and both projects conpleted to very high standard.

We had a visit from Simon to quote for replacing our old fashioned tiles on the side of our bungalow with cladding. Simon was on time, extremely courteous, knowledgeable & professional. He listened to our needs & the quote suited us well Highly recommend.

We have been very impressed with the workmanship and quality of the fascia's, soffits, and guttering installed on my home, as well as the installation of a warm roof, which effectively resolved an old cold bridging issue on the ground floor. As a senior manager working for a Tier 1 Construction Company, quality management is a key part of my role, and I hold high standards for workmanship. The team on site exceeded expectations — they were punctual, courteous, and very friendly throughout the project. Its nice to see craftmanship is still available in the UK

Great team of fitters. Completed the works is good time in hot weather conditions. Professional company and did the job correctly and quickly. The business was great with communication from start to finish and we intend to use them for some future works when ready. If you want a professional outfit, opt for this company and get the job done right first time.

**Exceptional Review for The Fascia Division** The Fascia Division worked on my house, replacing my fascias, soffits, and guttering on the 9th of this month. From start to finish, my experience with this company was nothing short of exceptional. The fitters, Martin and Dan, were true professionals. They arrived on time, which I greatly appreciated, and their polite demeanor immediately put me at ease. Not only did they execute the work with the utmost precision and care, but they also maintained an impressive level of tidiness throughout the entire process. It was a joy to have them around, as they brought a fantastic sense of humor and friendliness to the job, making the experience enjoyable. The Fascia Division as a whole exemplifies professionalism and friendliness. They were incredibly accommodating, answering all my questions and addressing any concerns I had with patience and expertise. The work was completed promptly and met a high standard that exceeded my expectations. I wholeheartedly recommend The Fascia Division to anyone in need of fascia, soffit, and guttering services. Their team, especially Martin and Dan, made the process seamless and enjoyable. I will certainly reach out to them again for any future work I may require. Thank you, The Fascia Division, for a job well done!

have recently purchased a series of soffit fittings and installation from your company. I would like to say from the start to finish my experience with your company was exceptional. Mark Bettlestone was very professional and knowledgeable, his advice was very helpful and communication throughout was second to none. The fitting team were very professional and punctual. They worked nonstop and left everything thing clean and tidy. The installation was very professionally finished. The price for these products were very reasonable and the products are of very good quality. The reason i decided choose you company out the three quotes is the quality shown within your videos. Every thing you demonstrated in your videos is fitted correctly and improves the overall finish which puts your company well above others that I viewed.

I’m so pleased I chose Fascia Division to replace the fascia’s, soffits and guttering on my house. The entire team have been great and easy to deal with throughout. The materials used are top notch. A special thank you to Martin and Dan for an absolute quality installation, their attention to detail was just fantastic and I couldn’t be happier with the end result. I’d have no hesitation in recommending this company.

We worked with the fascia division to replace the entire fascia, soffits, gutterings and characterful dentil moldings on our Edwardian house. They were excellent communicators, kept us up-to-date with the work, organised the scaffolding and were overall a joy to work with! The work speaks for itself, really glad we went with these guys as I don't think we'd get the same results with off-the-shelf products. Thank you!

Professional, courteous, tidy replacement of soffits, fascia’s and guttering. Competitive pricing and top customer service. Would 100% recommend. Dave and Carl deserve a special thanks. They worked unphased when cold and snowy weather would have stopped most other companies from working. They’re a real credit.

We used The Fascia Division to update our 80s cladding, in the first half of a project to fix up the rear of our house. We’ve now got a much more secure frame under heavier cladding, with stronger insulation, alongside a pair of windows from related company The Window Division. I was nervous about this project, and was very grateful for Tony’s knowledgeable explanations of how he envisioned the job. Quote was affordable, and the friendly installers worked very effectively over a two day period, clearing up after themselves well at the end of the project. Very happy with the outcome, and we’re using the Window Division for new french windows in the new year. Would recommend.

I rarely write reviews, but the exceptional service from Tony and his team compelled me to share my experience. They did a fantastic job on the soffits, fascia's, and guttering of our house, and I am extremely pleased with the results. The project turned out to be more complex than initially anticipated, but the team handled it with ease and professionalism. Their customer service is far superior to that of their competitors. I highly recommend The Fascia Division.

Carl and Dave worked all weathers and fast to complete the work at our home. Great quality. Friendly service. Very happy with the finish. Thank you. Thanks to Mark for managing our service.

I can recommend Tony MacDermott of The Fascia Division without reservation. He has done seven jobs for me now, including double glazing, doors, cladding and roofing, and every one has been first class. You won’t find a better price or a more professional standard. Totally trustworthy, he takes great pains to ensure that everything is completed perfectly and to the highest level. Nothing is too much trouble and everything has always been left clean and tidy when he and his team have completed a job. I have had no hesitation in recommending him to many of my friends. Those who have availed themselves of his professional services have been equally delighted. I am hoping to move house in the spring and I have already contacted him with regard to plans on the new property to make sure that he will be available.

Brilliant all round. Provided the same advertised service as other the other big companies but without high pressure sales nonsense of demanding to sign a contract on the day of the house visit to lock in the "best" price. Fascia Division offered a clear and better value quote valid for weeks to let me think it over.

I required installation of cladding, soffits, fascia and guttering to a 4 bedroom detached house including removal of existing timber cladding to all 4 external walls. So, I did a bit of research. Felt a bit nervous at first as this was in my opinion a big job. I needn’t have worried. I couldn’t have made a better choice of company. From start to finish the job ran smoothly. The quality of workmanship was excellent. Special thanks to Dean, Curt, Martin and Dan. Very happy. I would give this 11/10. So in a nutshell, if you want an expert job done, then look no further. Highly recommended.

After consideration of three suppliers to replace my soffits, fascia’s and guttering, I chose Fascia Division. Not the cheapest but everything was included and the guys turned up, scaffolding arrived, and they set to the task in hand. No mess, no fuss, and a result I am very happy with. Highly recommended.

Dave and Dan did a fantastic job replacing all our gutters ,facias and soffits. They were such nice guys and informed us of any issues they were facing on the challenging replacements. They cleaned up the areas prior to finishing for the day. I cannot recommend the Facia Division enough. They were actually recommended to us by a neighbour on the same street as well.

Excellent customer service from Mark. The fitters Sean & Lee arrived promptly & carried out the work very professionally. By the time I got home all rubbish had been cleared & taken away. Very happy with the result & would highly recommend this company.

I got a number of quotes for replacement soffits, fascias and barge boards on my property (including gutters). The Fascia Division were the clear front runner based on the very helpful and reasonable quote compared to others who were either much more expensive or less attentive. They carried out the work quickly, the guys that did it were efficient and so helpful, even sorting some bits on my property I can’t usually access. I thought when seeking quotes the work would take days but 3 guys did it in 4 hours. Completely satisfied customer ! Thanks Fascia Division.
