Nick done a great job cleaning our gutters and replacing our garage guttering.

Nick was professional, prompt, and polite. He did a good job with a few minor repairs in awkward places and cleaned the gutters on our two storey house.

I found Nick’s Gutter Clean on google. Nick helped with replacing our front guttering, installing a down pipe and cleaning our back guttering. From the first call Nick was polite and professional, great communication! Nick visited prior to carrying out the work and gave me a quote, he made some good suggestions. Nick wasn’t pushy and he didn’t try and upsell, he quoted what actually needed to be done, he is a genuine honest guy! On the day Nick arrived on time with another guy, also very polite. Nick completed everything as agreed and made sure everything was done properly and that we were happy with the new guttering. Very tidy workmanship and everything was cleared up afterwards. Nicks pricing was very fair and he forwarded an invoice for the work. Nick is honest, punctual, and completely reliable. I don’t need to look any further for future guttering needs, reliable contractors are hard to find these days but I would highly recommend Nick!

Perfect job, 1st called Nick in the morning and he arrived later the same day. Cleaned all gutters and fitted the down pipe grates that I supplied, I live in a semi detached house and he even cleaned next doors part the joins into mine as was more debris there causing problems. He showed me the sludge that had built up in one part of the guttering which had been subject to overflow, and advised on an available remedy if the overflow reoccurred. To my disappointment the leak that was there before the clean was still present and the gutter cleaning company informed me that they do not do repairs, just cleans. He uses a traditional method to clean the Gutters ( long bristle brush and ladders) and was very thorough , he paid attention to detail and was extremely careful when walking on the pitched extension roof. Service requested: a gutter clean including unblocking of a downpipe in a semi detached house. First time using Nick's services. He came recommended as a gutter cleaner on Facebook from Sunbury-on-Thames page. Nick responded very quickly to my message requesting a quote. Quote done within 5 min based on a google map photo. A booking completed for the next morning. Arrival ahead of the agreed time. Nick was polite and chatty. Price quoted was £110 with minor repairs free of charge. I thought that was a fair quote for a clean of all the gutters and if anything needed fixing that would be done too . Once Nick arrived I have explained to him that our gutter seems to be overflowing at the front of the house at the downpipe connection. Nick went up on the roof to inspect the gutters including the downpipe, and found out that no cleaning was required to the front or back of the house, and the only issue with a downpipe was that a piece of a broken roof tile was blocking the flow right at the connection. Nick showed me the piece he removed, and told me that it didn't appear to come from my roof. All of this took less than 30min in total. I have asked Nick what is the charge since he did not have to do any cleaning, and this is where the shock came. The cost for the service remained same, £110, despite the fact that no cleaning was required at all. I would have thought that the price would be adjusted fairly depending on findings and following discussion with the customer. I would not mind paying, after all Nick did have to go up to the roof, but for something so quick where no cleaning work was required, I would expect to pay £50. I am yet to find if that piece of a tile was indeed causing the overflow as no heavy rain yet. I did appreciate the honesty in terms of the gutters not needing a clean, however the score simply reflects what I still feel was an unfair charge.

Nick used Google Maps to be able to see the property and was able to give me a confirmed estimate within minutes, and was both economical and responsive. I had a selection of dates for the appointmen and paid via bank transfer once the work was done. He did a sterling job, front and back, removed a lot of material, and fixed a disconnected pipe joint for free. I will be sure to use him again in future.

My best friend has recommended me Nick as a long time trustworthy craftsman. I needed my house gutters to be cleaned. Today Nick came, even earlier, and removed durt and leafs blocking from the back to the front for £85, including eventual repairs. He fixed a dislocated joint which was leaking heavily during the rain, and he sealed with silicone an other one too, all inclusive. Had our rear gutter replaced by Nick recently. From the moment I got in touch with him, he was very efficient. He responded quickly to queries and provided a very competitive and good value quote. Nick fitted us in quickly and on the day of the work he was on time, friendly and got straight to work. Once done, Nick tidied up after himself and got rid of all the old guttering. Nick was very honest and when he'd inspected the gutters, said there was nothing to clean. While he was on the ladder he took a photo and showed me. He didn't have to do that as I probably would have been none the wiser. Nick gave us a very reasonable quote to sort and clean our leaking gutters, and he stuck to it. He also let us know exactly when he would be arriving. Work done today and all looks good - happy to recommend.

Found Nick online and within an hour or so of requesting a quote to clear our gutters we booked him in. The work took an hour as anticipated and he was kind enough to fix a couple of damaged brackets and clear some concrete found in a down pipe. Very friendly and professional chap who I would have to problem in recommending.
