We have had an ongoing gutter issue since our neighbours extended their home some years ago. Mr Gutters came and assessed the situation, gave me a quote on the spot, a date and time for completion of the work. He did a great job and was in and out within 40 mins. Most importantly (as we wait for the next deluge) I know he is at the end of the phone and able to respond to any issue that might crop up. What is more, he is a bloody nice bloke as well.

We had several problems with the gutters and they were all fixed quickly and efficiently. We actually recommended Shawn to our neighbours already. Basically we had a down pipe that seemed clogged, the gutter seemed full as we kept seeing chunks of moss around the house, and another section of the gutter was bent causing sever damp in one of the flats. The team worked even under heavy rain (which turned into hail) to get the problems sorted and given that they have the vacuum cleaning method, there was no need for scaffolding when cleaning the gutters. That really cut down costs.
