P J C Electrical Services Ltd

Had several electrical issues to sort out in new home. Looked for NICEIC electricians. PJC easiest to deal with. Office suggested hourly rate visit to start. Helped us to prioritise things to be done initially. Email/message reminders of visit. Electrician arrived as expected. Easy to explain our needs. Completed works, made good and gave advice where couldn't fit the light switch we supplied (we need to order extra part). All in working order and left tidy. Took away hideous old low-hanging light fitting :-) Payment by bank transfer (No dodgy bank codes/Resolut as provided by other builders). Very happy. Thanks

Excellent work from Phil at PJC, as ever.

Always extremely professional and reliable from start to find sh

Rapid response! Great service

Simple to book, speedy and clear service throughout.

Great service- highly recommend

Brilliant service, I would highly recommend PJC !

Great service, turned up when expected and resolved the problem with great efficiency and professionalism. Power back on within an hour of arriving after I had been trying for 3 days! Good job.

With very bad timing my home EV charger stopped working at the start of Christmas week. The team at PJC were very helpful and arranged for someone to call the same morning. They quickly found the fault but didn't have a replacement part with them or in stock. The original plan was to get the part delivered to the electricians home address so, if it arrived over the holiday period, they could still come and fit it. However they didn't give up and searched the stores and found the right part that wasn't recorded as being in stock. They then came back to the house and finished the job. Great commitment to customer service from everyone.

Arrived on time and diagnosed/fixed the fault very quickly.

PJC’s electrician. Jamie, did an excellent job of isolating and repairing an intermittent fault which affected my housebound mother-in-law’s assistive aids. I am very impressed by their speedy response and the friendly support from Catherine, who answered my call. Thank you so much!

Kept in touch regarding the repair. Very efficient service. Pleased with the outcome.

PJC Electrical Services were very helpful and efficient. It was easy to contact them and find a suitable appointment slot, and they kept me updated as to the expected arrival time within that slot. I felt they were thorough and provided appropriate and helpful guidance. I would definitely recommend them.

2nd time I've used this company and very happy with the work carried out, replacing 2 light fittings. Ed is a pleasure to have around and works very fast and lets you know he's on his way which is very refreshing these days!

Prompt, knowledgeable, and courteous service. Did exactly what they said they would, when they said they would - and all at a sensible price given the excellent quality of the workmanship and service. Recommend. (For and on behalf of the NC Residents Association.)

Another good experience this time for a boiler service. Came out pretty quickly, very friendly and knowledgeable. All positive.

We have used PJC Electrical a few times. One recently as a matter of urgency, and they were able to visit quickly, and carry out the work that was needed. I would not hesitate in recommending PJC electrical.

I've used PJC multiple times now and they are always prompt and reliable. They've done a variety of jobs including gas and electricity safety checks, boiler services, heating and plumbing repairs. The communications are always very clear about when they will be at the property, what the electrician, gas engineer or plumber found, and how the payment has been worked out. I have one property which is let out to tenants and they're always very good at liaising directly with the tenant to work out what will suit them best, whilst still keeping me in the loop.

Very clean and efficient installation replacement bathroom ceiling light thank you

The engineer came on time and fixed the issue quickly, also the engineer was polite and explained the issue in detail.

They ensured that I was satisfied with their service before leaving the site. I would recommend their knowledgeable and value for money service any day.

It's rare these days to find a company who does what they say they are going to do when they say they are going to do it. The electricians were great who carried the job. Very professional and friendly and knew exactly what they were doing. Definitely give PJC a go for any of your electrical needs - you won't be disappointed!

Brilliant service from this team who tested and fitted a new outdoor garden socket/ switch for my father. They came highly recommended on reviews, and I can see why: they were helpful, friendly, highly professional and efficient and went out of their way to sort the issue out and fix it even when it required further parts. Highly recommended. thank you.

Replaced faulty main switch. Phil was able to fit us in within an hour, and then took only an hour to diagnose the source of the fault, collect and install a new main switch. He explained the problem, and did a very professional job. I would definitely use him again and recommend his services to others.

We frequently use PJC as our electricians at our industrial warehouse in Reading - they have done multiple, large scale electrical installs for us across both the manufacturing side & the offices. Whilst being busy, they are also respectful and flexible to your needs where they can be. What I like most about them is all the people who work for them are incredibly friendly, polite and trusthworthy, from booking on the phone to on site. This means a lot, and why I keep on using them. Thanks guys :) Luci @ Double-Barrelled Brewery

Very efficient repair to leaking water pipe. Great result.

We have used PJC Electrical on a couple of occasions and we have been very happy with both installations that they carried out. It is great to be able to put a 5 star review for a local company that deserves it. The boys that we met were smart, punctual and polite and the quote we were given initially was what we paid so all in all a great service. Thankyou PJC

Highly recommend PJC Phil recently changed all our lighting in the atrium. Very reasonable pricing and he kept it nice and simple. We are so pleased we have arranged for them to do the wiring in our redecorated offices.

Very happy with the quality of the work which was completed on time with minimal disruption. We were impressed when dealing with the company and the two electricians were polite and professional. Happy to use their services again and recommend the company to others.

We have used PJC's electricians many times in the past as a complement to our own in house service. We can rely on them to complete the works safely, to stay in budget and to communicate clearly with our customers. An excellent service.

Phill came round, rang when he was on route and was thoroughly helpful for multiple issues we had in the house. Very pleasant and very helpful!
