I’ve been using Wheelers for over two years and have always been thoroughly impressed with their service, particularly from the fire team. Aaron is excellent, always quick to respond, professional, and brilliant to work with. The whole team is friendly, highly knowledgeable, and fantastic whenever they are on-site and it’s a pleasure to work with them. They are a safe pair of hands and a trusted partner - I’d highly recommend them!

We needed an alarm system installed at relatively short notice. Jon came round almost immediately, he understood what was needed and gave us a quote within the week. Simon, our installer, was quite brilliant, tidy and methodical. The colour of the alarm fitting was matched to our own electrical fittings. The system itself is easy to use and we're up and running. Would consider using for other jobs. They're a great team.

We have worked with Wheelers on a number of projects and have found all their engineers and installers to work effeciently and professionally. Projects are always completed on time and with the minimum disruption to the clients.

A great experience- The service was brilliant from the engineer attending to survey the works, to receiving the quote & the works being carried out. This was all done in a very timely manner, and we had hot water again with a matter of days, which we were very happy about. The engineers that carried out the work were very professional, friendly & left everywhere very clean & tidy. I would highly recommend Wheelers for any plumbing or heating or Electrical works A very happy customer. 😊

Recently had PV and battery storage fitted along with other electrical works including a new distribution board,, fantastic service from start to finish. The engineers were wonderful and respectful Highly recommended

In my business, I have employed Wheelers for many years to install fire alarms and emergency lights and their subsequent maintenance plus other electrical works. Throughout, Wheelers work has been timely, good quality and at a fair price. I recommend them to you.

I telephoned for a quote to replace a cracked spur connection and reconnect the cable. I was quoted the hourly rate of £90 plus travelling cost to me at 50p a mile (30 miles return - £15). I agreed for the work to be done. Wheelers sent two electricians, took over an hour and the bill was £185. I will either be doing my own electrical work in future, or employing another contractor. I am unfortunately, unable to recommend this company.

Given the firm appears to deal with electrical items I found it somewhat ironic that their work van had at least two defective lights. Now if that were it I wouldn't be here, lamps burn out, it happens; it was the standard of their driving that alarmed me. They straight lined a roundabout crossing lanes indiscriminately, struggled to stay within the carriageway markings, drifting onto the wrong side of the road, perhaps on the phone, engaged with doing something in the cab or potentially worse, and then following dangerously close to the vehicle in front, neglecting to leave a safe two second gap. I don't currently need anyone to perform any electrical work but when I do, I'll be damn sure to avoid these cowboys if their attention to detail for electrical safety is anything like their roadcraft. Then again, maybe it's just one bad employee, but it's just not a good look.

Had my radiators swapped out and chose some lovely panel radiators for my kitchen. Great service from the office booking in the work and the plumber was very responsive asking how I wanted the fittings to look. Great service would definitely recommend

BE AWARE I am sad to say that the service we have received from this company has been abominable. In November last year their engineers DESTROYED OUR SERVER by unplugging it and not reinserting the plug properly. In the aftermath of trying to sort it out and being completely devastated at the potential loss of 7 years of extremely hard work (yes we have gone Cloud Based now!) this company made us feel that it was our fault for not having extra back up. The point was made time and time again that we should have had more back up and they continually questioned our IT contractor. Said IT contractor managed to do a complete recovery over the period of 3 days which was nothing short of miraculous due to the damage to the server. This also proved that it had been working perfectly as all the data up to the point of the server being destroyed - a fact that was disputed several times by the company. Over 3 months later we finally had an offer of the cost of replacement for the loss of the old hardware and a 1/3rd of the Installation Cost. So not for the new software that we have had to buy or the entire bill from our IT contractor, or in fact any nod to the amount of time and stress that their actions have resulted in. I find this behaviour appalling and will certainly never use this company again.

Charged us to rectify air/ air lock in our system after expansion vessel was fitted. Spoke to a manager who admitted it was likely there after their installation of expansion vessel which they did prior but said if it cost them money to come out they'll charge us in turn. So not really covered under their warranty for THEIR OWN work. Shame the staff doing the work are good and reliable but the management culture seems to not value the long term value of their clients. Went with them paying more than the typical tradesman because I expected a better, more professional service but this experience shows otherwise from the upper levels within the business.
