Wing Energy Ltd

I had a small solar system in place (G98/ 3.68kw). Octopus and other big installers were not interested unless it was scrapped. A small local company Wing came to my rescue. My old system was okay, but often ran out of power and it seemed wastful to scrap it. A very knowledgable Shivam of Wing visited and suggested a system that would incorporate it. Not havng a great knowledge of solar, I must admit I was a bit of a pain, Shivam provided estimate after estimate of different solutions. Some designed to keep costs at a minimum and some "all singing". In the end I opted for more panels and a Sigenstor system. Shivam did the DNO (G99) applications and paperwork and a few weeks later Michael arrived to make a start, (you always knew when he would arrive thanks to a text that showing he was on route). I was a little surprised that Michael worked on his own, but he was a one man whirlwind. Later Shivam came to help put the panels in place and commissioned the Sigenstor Battery. After a week they returned to check all was okay, which it was and is to date. Good service, a small but hard working workforce, steady unrushed proper job pace and payment on completion.

Great service, thank you!

I am very happy that we chose Wing Energy to provide solar panels to our house. The process through from on site evaluation to post construction checks gave us complete confidence that we were in the hands of experts. Wing Energy are a small, local company that can focus on each customer and ensure that all questions are answered, and a great job is done. The 3 guys complement each other's skills and had all the knowledge and experience that we needed. I can recommend Wing Energy unreservedly

Even with the hassle of a faulty Tesla wall charger, the guys were very understanding and responded very quickly when the new charger arrived.

Excellent service from start to finish. They installed my Tesla wall charger quickly and efficiently, with great communication throughout. Turned up exactly when they said they would, completed the work to a very high standard, and left everything clean and tidy. Pricing was fair and transparent with no surprises. Would happily recommend and would use again without hesitation.

Having now used our solar system and PW3 for 6 months, I can firmly say we are very happy with the job Wing Energy did for us. Shivam and Mike were very helpful throughout the installation and a pleasure to deal with. We would recommend them to anyone considering solar.

Very helpful and informative. Arrived when they said they would and kept us informed of proceedings at every stage. Would recommend them. System working well and we are already saving money!!

I had three powerwalls and an expansion pack fitted by Wing Energy. The installation was not straightforward as the Gateway was situated at the limit of the communication distance specified by Tesla, however Shivam got the specification exactly right, and Michael produced an outstanding installation precisely as I wanted, being very helpful and communicative with positioning of the various elements. I can thoroughly recommend Wing Energy for their extremely professional service.

I was looking for a local installer for a Hypervolt EV car charger and found Wing Energy. The team was incredibly helpful from start to finish and supported me in every way. They were polite, professional, and clearly take pride in their work. The installation was completed smoothly and to a very high standard. I am very satisfied with the service and would highly recommend them.

I cannot thank them enough! They saved us after another company cancelled on the day of installation, leaving us without any roof cover in the wettest November on record. They did a very thorough job installing the in roof solar panels, and were kind enough to come within a week of us calling despite being busy with jobs. They were friendly too and respectful of the property I felt in very safe hands. We've had many compliments already from the neighbours on how they look. They even helped me get set up on the app, and all set up to send energy back to the grid. From start to finish they have been incredibly helpful, they really are a company you can trust to do the job well. And to have them so local too is a huge bonus.

Solar panels and battery installed earlier this year. An electrician on a separate job moved the clamps so readings on the battery app were inaccurate. As we have a complicated set up with a pre-existing solar system and zappi charger it was not straightforward to get everything back in the right place but Wing made several visits until everything was resolved.

I had solar panels, battery and Tesla charger installed with Wing energy. Their service is superb. Shivam was very good at explaining the detail and planning. All working very well. I would definitely recommend them.

Great experience with Wing Energy LTD. They provided and installed a Hypervolt Pro 3 (EV Charger) in no time. They were professional, efficient, and easy to work with. Really happy with the work from team!

Wing Energy are brilliant. If you are lucky enough to have come this far to read some reviews on them before deciding with a company to go with I would strongly advise you to go with Wing Energy. They have been professional, patient, explained everything step by step, always been on time, always been there to help with questions I have prior and after installation and I found the price to be great. I wish I had done it sooner. I have used their services twice now and both times they have been great. Probably one of the only companies I have advised family and close friends to go with. Just chose them - there the decision has been made and you can now relax!

I looked for local EV charger installation in Nottingham and I found Wing Energy to be reliable installer. They did good Job and went through all the settings and details with me. I am happy with the quality of the work and service.

We were very pleased with the work and attention to detail and aftercare that Shaun, Michael and Shiv provided. Top quality!

We invited Wing Energy to quote for a solar/battery installation based on their many positive Google reviews. We were very impressed by Shiv who carried out the site survey and produced a proposal that fully met our requirements. The installation was carried out the highest standard by Michael, who kept us fully informed of progress and invited our input to various implementation decisions such as cable routing and equipment siting. Everything was left very tidy, and all rubbish was taken away. One month later, everything is working as expected and we are very pleased with the whole setup. We can recommend Wing Energy without reservation.

Prompt and very efficient service Good follow up

Had a very prompt and efficient service from them.

We had the team come and fit our charger and they were great, very helpful and efficient. Would recommend

After reading very positive reviews we decided to use Wing Energy to install solar panels and battery. All the team were extremely professional, friendly and passionate about the work and ensuring all our expectations were met. Wing Energy handled all the work including liaison with the energy provider, cleaning the roof and fitting the panels with solar edging as standard. Michael also repointed some ridge tiles at the same time. The panels, inverters and battery were all fitted neatly with care and look fantastic. Any questions were responded to quickly and we were always reassured that we were in good hands with Wing Energy owning the task. We would not hesitate in recommending Wing Energy to our friends or use them again if ever the need arises.

I couldn’t be happier with my decision to go solar with Wing Energy From start to finish, the whole experience was outstanding. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain every step of the process in a way that made it easy to understand. The installation itself was quick, tidy, and the panels look fantastic on my roof. You can tell the team takes real pride in their workmanship. Even better, I’ve already noticed a big drop in my energy bills, and it feels great knowing I’m generating clean, renewable energy for my home. A special mention to Shivam, who took charge of applying for the necessary MCS certification and handling all the required electrical documents to register us with the National Grid. He made the whole process completely stress-free and ensured everything was done correctly and on time. What really impressed me was the customer service. Wing Energy Technology didn’t just finish the installation and move on — they followed up to make sure everything was working smoothly and that I was confident using the monitoring app. That personal touch really sets them apart. If you’re thinking about going solar, I can’t recommend Wing Energy Technology Nottingham enough. Top-quality work, great communication, and a system that’s already paying for itself. Truly a five-star company!

Wing Energy installed my Tesla Wall Connector in Nottingham, and the experience was top-notch! Shaun’s expert advice and Michael’s clean, professional installation made the process seamless. The team handled everything, including the DNO application, with great communication. My charger works perfectly, and the setup looks fantastic. Highly recommend Wing Energy for EV charger installations in Nottingham!

I needed some advice on repairs to a tesla wall charger. I was very happy with the advice given

Shaun and Shiv at Wing provided a very comprehensive and flexible service. They added a great battery (not Tesla) and new panels to our existing panels plus adapting our old panels with optimisers. It was quite a complex job, but they were happy to fit around other ongoing work such as having the roof retiled. They were always thoughtful and considerate. I would highly recommend them.

Good and reliable service. Helpfully team and big advantage of a local solar and battery installation company. Very satisfied.

Solar panels and battery fitted by the team, thoroughly impressed by their knowledge and attention to detail. A definite recommendation!

I can't recommend Wing Energy highly enough. After I'd enquired online about a solar and battery system, Shaun spent a great deal of time with me, firstly over the phone and then in person at my house, running through the available options and the viability of different systems for my circumstances. Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable and passionate, but the level of customer service was top notch. Then, when it came to installation, Michael's work was top notch and he also ensured that the system looked as good as possible on the outside of our house. Shivam also ensured that all of the paperwork was taken care of, and that any questions or queries we had were answered in a timely manner. If you are considering getting a solar system then get in touch with Wing Energy - they were brilliant from start to finish!

Wing responded promptly, came to look quickly, quoted and did the job efficiently and cleaned up afterwards. Refreshingly good service on all counts. They also communicated well. An excellent service. No hesitation in recommending them

I had an existing 4kW solar panel system but no MCS certificate and I wished to install a battery backup. The solar panels were mounted on carriers not roof tiles. This resulted in my having to remove my existing solar panels and re-tile the roof before any new installation. WingEnergy were extremely helpful in this and in providing and fixing my new installation at a competitive price, further they had to wait three months while the old system was removed. All their staff could not do enough to assist me and the ir new work was carried out in a very professional manner. They also advised me on the alternative tariffs available and organised the liaison with the appropriate authorities. I now have a system that has a capacity of 6.3kW, Tesla battery and vehicle charger and am being payed to export surplus electricity.

Wing Energy have recently installed an awesome system for me. It all started after I enquired on the Tesla website about a Powerwall 3 and Shaun from Wing reached out to me as my local installers. I had a nice chat with Shaun who was very knowledgeable and there was no sales pressure at all. Shaun, Shivam and Michael came to look at the job and all 3 were very friendly. They arrived in company branded electric vans and looked very smart and professional in their Wing Energy clothing too - a very good first impression! After agreeing to the proposal the scaffolding went up for the solar install and they used a lift to get the panels up to the roof - something I’ve not seen before! Their solar edging (bird protection) is very aesthetically pleasing and is much better than the “chicken wire” type you often see around some arrays. The Powerwall 3 was installed neatly in my external garage, along with the Tesla Wall Connector nearby. Michael, their electrician, is an artist! He took his time and was very meticulous in his work to ensure a perfect install. Everything was installed to a very high standard and was also very aesthetically pleasing. Michael kept me informed on what was happening along the way and didn’t do anything that hadn’t been agreed without checking with me first. I couldn’t be more pleased with the end result. Shivam was also very knowledgeable. He listened to my requirements and confirmed the system would do what I was expecting. Shivam also applied for the DNO application and this all went very smoothly with thanks to his hard work regularly chasing them I'm sure. I can’t rate Wing Energy and the guys Shaun, Shivam and Michael highly enough. They are a great company and team and you can’t go wrong using them for your solar / battery / EV charger needs.

Excellent service. Planning meeting with Shaun went well and appropriate system discussed and agreed (Tesla PW3 battery with solar panels). Shivam was excellent with all technical aspects before and after; very approachable. Really tidy installation by Mike. Would recommend. Thank you.

All the team at wing are passionate about this field. They listened, advised them delivered with great product and amazing service. I highly recommend them.

Wing energy are a great company. They carried out the work well, kept me informed of what was happening and tidied up afterwards. I would definitely recommend them.

Wing Energy installed my tesla charger for me and their customer service is unbeatable. They are very responsive, great at what they do and I always get the best service from them. Any issues and they assist in any way possible. Would recommend them to anyone.

We first had our Solar Panels, EV charger & Tesla Battery installed back in January by Wing and back then they were great. Site was kept really tidy & each engineer respected my property whilst working there. I have had Wing back recently to sort out a problem and they investigated, came to my house and repaired with haste and efficiency. The issue was explained clearly by Mike and Shivam and again they were friendly and helpful. I would definitely have no hesitation in recommending these guys for all your solar, EV and battery requirements. Shivam was also helpful in pointing me as to which Tariff I should on :) Thanks

I would like to recommend this company. Very professional service and also they give you good tips and solutions for any installation.

A very good job

A couple of years ago i chose Wing Energy to install my Tesla EV charging unit in my garage with a feed from my house which is remote from then garage, They were so good that when I needed to remove the charger and install it in my new address I had no hesitation in calling again on their services. My faith in this company was rewarded again with efficient service. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

Very Happy with our installation. Proactive in their approach to problem solving Attentive to customer queries Appreciative of customer needs

First class service, support and installation. Thank you Shaun, Mike and Shivam for excellent customer service and attention to detail. Much appreciated.

Friendly, professional and efficient service from Shaun, Shiv, Mike and the Wing team. From first site visit and throughout the installation it was a pleasure to deal with the company. The scaffolding team also were quick to install their kit and careful to avoid trampling over plants whilst doing so. Just waiting for a couple of Tesla Powerwall 3’s which are due next month and the job will be finished. Almost 50kw generated from the panels a few days ago - 200 miles worth of car charge for ‘free’ in one day! 10/10

Wing Energy are absolute professionals at solar panel systems. They install the best hardware, and they are meticulous on the details. These guys are genuine enthusiasts for solar power. I love my 14 panels, my Tesla PowerWall battery, the Tesla car charger, and the apps that show me what my system is doing at any time. I'm hardly taking any power from the grid! I thoroughly recommend Wing Energy.

Great service, friendly and helpful with a wealth of knowledge regarding solar generation and battery storage.

I cannot say enough positive things about Wing Energy. I did a lot of research into what solar system I wanted and reached out to multiple approved installers via the manufacturers website. Wing Energy were the only company who listened to what I'd asked for and quoted on a system which matched my requirements Wing Energy were the only company who came round to perform a survey in person, assess my roof, and actually talk me through the design There was never any pressure to buy at any point All the quotes I got were in the same ballpark, but Wing Energy got the business due to their no-pressure and “listen to what I want” approach They kept me updated at all stages up to and including the install and left the house tidier than they found it. They worked hard, and were a very friendly group I'm thrilled with the system I have installed, 100% recommend Wing Energy to all, and would certainly use them for any future works I may want

We can wholeheartedly support the positive feedback from other customers on here. From start to finish, the whole team have been friendly, accommodating and very professional. Our installation was not straightforward but nothing was too much for Wing Energy. The ongoing support is very reassuring and every enquiry has been answered in as much detail as we needed. We recommend Wing Energy without reservation.

Excellent service end to end, from the site visit for quoting, the price, the flexibility on installation date, the politeness of the team on-site whne installing, and how considerate they were for keeping the place tidy. Ending with full explanation of how to use the system. No hesitation from me in recommending Wing

Great experiences on multiple occasions. The team does great quality, professional work, going above and beyond. Very knowledgeable, good recommendations, no pressure, friendly and helpful staff.

We have been very happy with the experience from start to finish. We looked at a number of companies before selecting Wing for our solar panel, Powerwall and EV charger solution. Everyone we have interacted with at Wing Energy has been enthusiastic, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. We were kept informed at every step, and challenges along the way were clearly explained so we were kept in the loop. Really pleased with the functioning of our installed system, and now talking with Wing about further extras we wish to add.

An excellent company with outstanding customer service, a rare breed these days.

A professional, knowledgeable, and credible team. Wings explained all our options clearly and delivered a high quality service. All their employees were respectful and trustworthy; we would recommend them to others.

Sterling service and great attention to detail. Mark and his crew have provided good advice and followed that with sensible prices and efficient installation. Care was taken with the practicality and the aesthetics of the provision and I'm now load shifting virtually all my power consumption for a massive saving.

Solar panels with battery storage. First class company from start to completion. The customers requirements are foremost and no pressure to have what they want rather than what you need. All staff were brilliant and such a neat, professional installation. After sales service second to none and would recommend without hesitation. Thanks again Shaun and everyone at Wing.

Outstanding service from start to finish. I would highly recommend this company, they take an absolute pride in doing excellent work, very thorough and professional.
