Reviewers report positive experiences with NgCharged across a range of electrical work, including installing garden lighting and outside power, fitting a Vent Axia PIV unit, replacing a hob and a bathroom fan, and sorting out heating controls. Several reviewers said the team was punctual, polite and tidy, with more than one noting that the space was left clean after the work. One reviewer said the fault was found and a temporary fix put in place within hours of a Friday afternoon call after a power surge, with the job finished early the next week. Another reviewer reported that an explanation of the work and options was clear, and one said requirements and cost were clear up front.
Great and professional installation of a Vent Axia PIV unit in the attic space. Jack who undertook the works was polite, very knowledgeable and undertook a very clean neat installation and even cleaned up the hallway due to creating a large hole in the lathe and plaster ceiling. Used NG previously, with no issues would definitely use again.
Outstanding firm and service. Having experienced a total power failure to our property following a three phase power surge and the insurer appointed emergency electrician attending and leaving site because it was beyond his capabilities. We called NG Charged and despite it being a Friday afternoon and Connor only just getting back from holiday, he was on site within hours, found the fault and implemented a temporary fix to get power back on for us over the weekend. He returned as agreed early the next week and got everything resolved.
NG Charged did fantastic job of fitting all my outside power and garden lighting. Highly recommend them. Will definitely use them again.
NG charged have completed many jobs for us over the years, in both commercial and residential property’s. I would highly recommend Connor and his team. They are punctual, organised, and highly experienced. They take great pride in their work and always make sure the space is clean and tidy before leaving. 10/10
Connor and Jack came round to my house at the time specified to fit our garden lights. What a fantastic job they have made of installing them. Very professional and polite where nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend NG Charged for any electrical work and will definitely be using them again in the future.
As a small engineering company, we've worked with many electricians over the years, but NG Charged stand out by a mile. Connor and the team consistently deliver top-quality workmanship, are always reliable, and a pleasure to deal with. Their attention to detail, clear communication, and tidy work make all the difference. We wouldn't use anyone else and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dependable and skilled electrician.
We have been using NG Charged for nearly a year now, and as an agent process and communications are a must. I can not fault the service provided by NG Charged, the team in the office, and the team in the field, you are given access updates and regular communications on jobs where needed. The price's are very competitive too!
Connor helped us on a couple occasions and has always done top quality work. Would highly recommend NG Charged.
Jack from NG charged came to my flat to swap my hob. He did it perfectly and with nice and responsible behaviour. Thanks to NG charged.
We have used Ng Charged five or six times in recent years. They are prompt and do the work to the highest standard. I have no hesitation in recommending them.
I had my bathroom fan replaced by NG Charged; very professional; they have done a great job at a reasonable price. Connor and Maisie have been amazing throughout the work. Totally recommend NG Charged.
Connor went above and beyond the call of duty to sort out our heating controls. What a star!
Connor and his team have always been on time, friendly and amazingly competent at all the electrical work we have asked them to do, ranging from lighting to large scale outside works. Highly recommended.

Couldn’t recommend this company enough! Great from start to finish, attention to detail was excellent. Would 100% use again.
Connor was reliable and did a great job. Requirements and cost were clear up front.
You won't find anyone more professional, helpful, and great value for money than Conner at NG Charged. He has done EICR certificates and all remedial works needed on 6 properties and we couldn't be more happy.
Connor is excellent; he explains his work and methods really clearly and gave me options to consider including the benefits of each approach. Very neat and tidy with his work. Certificates always supplied. He's done work on both my landlord property and home, equally impressed with his finishing and attention to detail. Personable and friendly, and work done to a very good standard. Highly recommended.
Amazing service thank you!

FHP Living use Ng Charged to carryout work on behalf of our landlords. Quick and efficient, great service.
I would highly recommend NG Charged, I used them for kitchen installation electrical work - Which included new spot lights, new pendants, new sockets + sockets being moved due to current regulations, cooker switch being moved to suit the new cooker location and so on. NG Charged was professional and informative, whilst ensuring the work he was doing was up to a great standard. Will definitely use again.
