We have, over the last few years, had electrical and plumbing work done by John T Dunn. It was done efficiently, on time and with competent engineers. I would strongly recommend this company.

John N Dunn recently completed some mechanical and electrical work for us, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. The service was excellent, and their duty of care throughout was outstanding. Everything was managed professionally from start to finish, with great communication and attention to detail.

I’ve recently had a car charger installed by John N Dunn. The electrician was fantastic, from the original work survey right through to installation and showed us how to use the installed charger. I would recommend, and would be happy to use them again.

John N Dunn have done an excellent job installing a solar PV array and battery energy storage system (BESS) at my home. Having previously worked with them on the Tomorrow Home Project, I already knew the quality of their work, and this installation has only strengthened my confidence in the company. Glen, the Contracts Manager, did a fantastic job designing the system and ensuring it met my requirements. The pricing was fair, transparent, and represented excellent value for money. The installation team, Liam, Adam and Stevie, were professional, knowledgeable, and took real pride in their work. The installation was completed to a very high standard, the site was kept clean and tidy throughout, and the finished result is exceptionally neat and professional. From my experience with both the Tomorrow Home Project and the work carried out at my own home, John N Dunn consistently demonstrate technical expertise, professionalism, and a commitment to quality. I'm delighted with the finished system and would have no hesitation in recommending them for renewable energy and retrofit projects.

I contacted john n dunn as we wanted new switches, sockets and light fittings installed in our house appointment made, we received a courtesy call on the morning of the arranged date and Liam the electrician who carried out the work was very polite, neat and tidy and did a great job really pleased, would recommend.

Had my toilet fixed via Northumbrian Water's leaky loo scheme. Plumber was polite and friendly and got 3 leaking loos fixed within 10 minutes!

Really bad experience through Northumbrian water, can’t understand why NW use this business, the senior plumber and operations manager know nothing and is happy to blag responses when he dosen’t understand his customers knowledge and experience!! Avoid at all costs

The customer service is incompetent. Update: 04/06/2019 2 months later, still didn't got anything sorted, please stay away from this company.

Phoned on the day to cancel my appointment even though the appointment had been booked in the previous week. Broken part fitted which now works worse than before! Cannot get a new appointment for a week! (If they turn up) Phoned asking to speak to a manager but never available, I have asked for a manager to call me back but nothing!!! AVOID!!!

We inherited JN Dunn as our remedial installer after purchasing a new build property from Ascent Homes. We expected there to be snags as with any new build home, however 8 months later, and we still have intermittent hot water issues, and today have experienced our third no-showing of an appointment by JN Dunn. The overall aftercare service we have been provided with has been abhorrent, with countless of both technical and customer service mistakes, all of which had a negative impact on us. As JN Dunn has now been removed from their duties working on Ascent Homes properties, I can only presume that we aren’t the only ones who have experienced such issues. Ascent Homes have now been forced to find us an alternative installer for remedial aftercare due to the poor standard of service we have received.
