ID Electrical has a number of customers who describe the work as professional, and some say they would recommend the business or use it again. Several reviewers praise the communication, and some report that Ian arrived when he said he would. A number also report clean and tidy work, and some reviewers say the work was reasonably priced. One reviewer had an EICR done and was given advice on what was needed, while another reports going the extra mile when a customer-supplied ethernet cable turned out to be faulty.
Ian is an absolute star! From the original emergency call out. to solving issues temporarily so a “special” birthday could go ahead without a hitch, to replacing the dizzy board and a partial rewire he’s been amazing, professional, efficient and our “ superhero” Fair pricing too despite our immediate need, and fitting us in because we couldn’t solve the issues fully with temporary fixes. My advice to anyone, is pick a decent electrician like Ian! Can’t thank him enough.
Excellent communication and professionalism from the very start with Ian at ID Electrical. We had an EICR done on our new property and have been quoted a very reasonable price for the works to be carried out. We would thoroughly recommend!
Ian came to our house and fitted an EV charger and some additional sockets. Really impressed from start to finish, very polite and professional. When he came around to price the job up he had some great advice and advised us on what we needed against what we thought we needed - which was a cheaper option to what we had planned. A very reasonable price for the work carried out. Ian called a few days before the actual work to confirm timings etc and arrived promptly as arranged. On completion the area was left very clean and tidy. Overall highly recommended and would definitely use again.
Excellent service. Great communications, perfect timing, clean, tidy and a very good job all round
Ian has always responded to our calls in a courteous and professional manner. We are very pleased with his workmanship. Great job... thanks Ian
I have used ID Electric a number of times and they are now my electrician of choice. Always prompt, professional, honest, and very personable. Thanks Ian!
I needed an electrician and was so impressed by how quickly Ian arrived. He was incredibly friendly and professional throughout, he got the job done to a high standard. Everything was left neat and tidy, and he explained things clearly. Fab service from start to finish. Very reasonably priced. I wouldn’t hesitate to call again or recommend Ian to others! Thanks so much.
Great friendly service from Ian. Required power to shed and the job was done in no time. Good quality neat and tidy job. Very reasonable price too. Would recommend and use again.
Thanks for installing the EV charger at the property. Ian has been helpful and professional, I would recommend to friends and family.
Ian's helped us with lots of different electric issues and has always been very professional, tidy and has always given us a very fair price for the work that has needed doing. Will continue to use him in the future and would recommend him to anyone needing electrical works doing.
Prompt and efficient fitting of electric wall heater. Good communication prior to the appointment.
Ian has recently carried out several jobs for us. Finding a fault when our lights kept cutting out, replacing several plug sockets and replacing a bathroom light. He arrives when he says he’s going to, tidies up after he’s finished and charges sensibly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him for any electrical services. We shall be using him in the future when we plan to update our home.
Very professional, went the extra mile for us. Even when the ethernet cable we supplied for the task turned out to be faulty. Definitely use Ian again.
Ian fitted me an EV charger at home made a really good job of it. Would recommend Ian for any electrical work and will use again.
Ian is professional, reliable and trustworthy. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
