Perry carried out an EICR inspection at my property this morning and managed to fit me in at very short notice, which was hugely appreciated. He was professional, approachable and an absolute gent throughout the whole process. He took the time to explain everything clearly, offered honest advice and guidance, and was completely transparent with costs from the start, which is something I really value. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend his services and I’ll definitely be using him again in the future.

My solar inverter had packed up,so I rang PGS Electrical .I was recommended by a friend who had work done by Perry, he came round the next day checked my system and gave me a quote. We agreed a time for the work to be completed, he rang 30mins later to say he could get it done that day as an engineer had become available. Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. What I thought was going to be a really complicated EV charging instillation was made extremely easy. Having spoken to Perry over the phone, shared pics and discussed options, he made it sound so easy and booked me in at a time that suited me, keeping me updated with all the relevant information. On the day Lee arrived bright and early, very friendly. Lee explained the whole process and made sure that I was in a suitable and convenient place to turn off the electric for a short time (no washing machine running and a prepared brew in hand). Once everything was completed Lee ran me though the work that had been completed and the EV charger functions and connections. Perry called the following day to ensure I was happy with all the work done. Can’t recommend enough. Fantastic company with friendly, professional people.

Excellent service from initial contact to completed task. Perry promptly contacted me to arrange a suitable time to visit me and discuss a bespoke EV charger insulation I required. Perry offered solutions to my requirements which allowed me to address my current plan and future proof my system. After quoting there was no chasing me for a response which I appreciated, allowed me time to consider options and compare quotes. Perry was not the cheapest but his professionalism and personal qualities won him the job. The job was completed on the date set by Lee one of Perrys team, Lee was professional, took time to discuss the job at hand to ensure both contractor and client knew what was expected and executed the task ensuring he put back the lifted block paving and allowed flexibility in the system for future changes. Lee took the time to ensure the system was up and running and spent time with me explaining which app I needed and how to use the functions within the app. I have had the system in place for nearly a week now and used it daily with no issues. Great job from Perry and his team and would happily use his services again and recommend to others.

I booked PGS for an EICR required for a property sale. Perry replied with a mutually convenient day and time which was kept to. The inspection was thorough and a minor issue with the fuse box was corrected immediately. With the ever-increasing regulations needed for compliance and safety, it's paramount that companies are up-to-date with requirements. For price and professionalism I can recommend PGS and would happily use them again.

Perry and his team did a great job for us in fitting 15 solar panels and a 10KW battery. From commissioning the work, he responded swiftly to all enquiries we had. He took the extra step of adjusting his timetable to fit in with ours when our new roof was being installed. This saved us the extra costs of scaffolding and reflected his supportive, thoughtful approach. We looked online together at battery designs and, as a result, we have a modern, streamlined unit. His team's work was excellent, and they were polite and helpful and his quote was very competitive. We have no hesitation in highly recommending PGS Electrical Contractors.

Perry replied promptly to a post on Rated People to replace a failed solar inverter. Supplied photos so that he could quote (company prepared to travel within the M25). Received a competitive quote. Have used PGS electrical twice now for fuse board replacements to moving plug sockets. Service has been brilliant both times. Came out same day to move a socket and completed the job with no issues

PGS Electrical fitted a Hypervolt EV charger for us, Perry was incredibly responsive to our enquiry as he managed to fit us in on the same day to review the requirements at our house. It was the same story with the install, we were booked in far quicker than I expected and within a few days from our initial call we had everything installed and working perfectly. This is the second time that I have used PGS. Perry responded promptly and efficiently to an electrical central heating boiler issue at a rental property, rearranging his existing work load to prioritise and accommodate the tenant's loss of hot water & heating. I had a EV charger fitted by PGS Electrical Contractor, and I'm glad I picked them to complete the work. From the initial quote to completing the job, PGS were fantastic from start to finish. The communication was excellent, starting from sharing videos and photos of the installation area, to receiving the quote and organising the installation date. The actual installation was quick and seamless, and there hasn't been a single problem since I've started using it. For any additional EV/Solar work I need completing I'll be straight back to them.

Called PGS to get a quote for electrical work in my garage. Perry was out the next day and turned round the quote really quickly. Job was done within a week, new plug sockets added, internal spotlights and LEDS, and outside lights. All good, no fuss just got on with the job and I’m very happy with the work. Perry and team were great to deal with.

The down flow heater and storage heaters have transformed my home’s comfort level, especially now it's getting to the colder months. Perry was very prompt in replying to my enquiry about work to be carried out at my property. Perry arrived a few days later to carry out a full survey on the work required. Again, a few days later he arrived promptly on time with two of his team. The two guys were very polite and very professional at all times and I'm happy to say they cleaned as they worked, which left me with nothing to do. Had an EV charging point installed, the whole process was explained well and Perry really knows his stuff, now considering solar install. The guys installing on the day were professional and went through all the app set up and latest tech that allows seemless use of the wall box. Perry recommended a project EV product, which is working well, looks great and has a 5 year warranty. Great business for any electrical work required, trustworthy and reliable.

PGS supplied and fitted the Livoltek hybrid system. All the team were helpful and respectful of my property, (very rainy during the install). An excellent product, and a very neat fit was carried out. Would highly recommend PGS and the Livoltek set up.

Came out at relatively short notice and was very friendly and honest about what was best for us. Communication is a bit slow but running a business is very demanding. Fitter was on time and very polite, made a very tidy job of the three consumer units etc so would happily recommend.

I recently had a solar array installed from PGS electrical. Solar panels can be a considerable investment and I had contacted numerous companies to talk through options and received several quotes. After talking to Perry I knew PGS electrical were the best option. There are many possible variables underlying a solar panel install and Perry was more than happy to talk through a range of different options and create several quotations to fine tune what was the best setup. These quotations were far more competitive than all the others I had received and I knew I was receiving the best setup for our house as opposed to a 'cookiecutter' design. Some companies quoted me a 4-6 month waiting period for installation but Perry had the job organised the next week and took care of contacting scaffolders. The installation itself was conducted to a very high standard, and Chris took the time and effort to route the electrical wiring from the loft to the downstairs under the floorboards rather than relying on easier cable trunking on the outside of the house. The only sign of the installation are the panels themselves, no wiring is visible. Both the fitters were excellent and very efficient. I highly recommend PGS electrical as they tick all the boxes, professional, responsive, highly competitive quotes and excellent work quality.

PGS Electrical contractors Perry & team did a fantastic job installing a Growatt battery and inverter really enhancing our solar panels, since the installation we have had great visibility on Solar generation and also been able to harness excess energy rather than send back to the grid, several other project completed whilst at the property all of which we are happy with. PGS got straight back to me when i posted an urgent call out on check a trade. My electrics kept tripping and I needed to know the problem as I was basically without electric or heating. Perry came out within his specified time and did locate the problem. I thought he was well priced as well especially as he came out so soon.

Absolutely brilliant from start to finish. I was new to the EV chargers, had a couple of quotes already then found PGS from Google search and chose to try because of reviews, they did not disappoint. Firstly Perry visited, arrived on time and prompt. Next the quote was literally half of the other quotes, and they didn't need to take up flooring like others said would need to happen. They booked the install quickly and arrived when said they would. Lee arrived to do the install, came across as professional and knew what he was talking about. He installed the EV charger without fuss, the job was really neat and tidy, and am very pleased to say the least. Called PGS on Monday morning as we needed our new electric cooker connected. Perry was very helpful and suggested he could get one of his electricians out to us the same day. Fantastic service from Perry and the team, great value and a high standard of work undertaken. We had a new light fixture installed and they had to run new cabling with a new switch. Also had 3 double sockets installed. Very professional. A very satisfied customer and will defo use them again!

Would 100% recommend these guys! We rang quite late in the day (around half 4/5pm) for a quote with a outside light installation & to install a new light fitting in the bedroom, was quoted over the phone and even said they can come and do it the same day. 2 Guys turned up and was extremely lovely to talk to and was generally all round nice guys. They didn’t rush the job and took their time in doing both jobs and made sure everything worked & that we was happy with both jobs. 10/10 on the job, 10/10 customer service would 100% definitely recommend if you need any of their service.

I contacted Perry @ PGS after being let down by numerous electricians to carry out an EICR Test. Perry came out the next day, on time as promised. He carried out all remedial works, again on time, with in the time quoted and the price did not change from the original quotation. (A few extras on the day, he didn't charge me for). I really cannot recommend Perry enough, I will be sure to contact PGS for more works in the future. Well Done👍👍

First time user of PGS services . Perry was quick to respond to a relatively small but tricky problem (a flickering downlight). I wasn't able to remove the unit through the ceiling hole and couldn't easily access it via our loft. He was efficient, effective and knowledgable. Fault was fixed the same day that I rang him, recommended.
