Several reviewers describe the team as professional, polite and helpful, and several say the work was left clean and tidy. Some say jobs were done on time or within agreed timescales. One reviewer says a solar system was up and running in three days, and another says an RCD broke and was fixed promptly without quibble. A further reviewer says diagnostics solved an earlier problem before batteries were installed.
I’ve just had solar battery storage added to my solar PV system, which I have had for several years. I would definitely recommend Orton and Wenlock. The whole process from enquiry to installation was smooth and professional, all my questions were answered, the quote was competitive, the installation quick with no mess left behind. Will be using again. 🙂
Excellent diagnostics on an issue last year and solved the problem. Plus we just had batteries installed to our panels and we couldn't be happier with the attention to detail and professional service the team gave, highly recommended.
Orton & Wenlock have saved the day again for us. Our aging vulnerable uncle was without electricity suddenly, and they worked it out quickly so that he was immediately safe, and then they managed to come within the week, rearranging schedules to fix the problem. I can't recommend them enough. They care about their work and their customers.
Orton & Wenlock has recently completed a 10.75kWh solar PV array with 7.5kWh battery system. From the outset, Steve Hayward, their business development manager was very knowledgeable, and supported us in the planning and installation phases of this project. The install team headed by Conor was very professional and courteous and liaised with me on all aspects of the build. I have no hesitation in recommending them as a preferred supplier of Solar PV systems.
Everything was explained clearly from start to finish, clean working and done on time as per install date given, they have been helpful Helping us with questions since installation
