I would highly recommend Elec-Tech for your electrical needs. They have extensive knowledge in their field and implemented the design with no fuss and on time. They are a very professional company and I thank Jamie and Perry for their service.

An excellent family business who really cares about customer service. They recently installed a solar and battery storage system with an eddi device in our home. The entire process has been perfect, impressively neat installation work. All relevant documents were provided in hard copy with a verbal system overview. We can highly recommend elec-tech Norwich as a trusted, competent and professional electrical contractor. Thank you for making the experience of having our system installed so easy. Recently we asked for alterations to our car charging system, elec-tech proposed a cost effective solution. The work was carried out without issue and all clean and tidy. I continue to reccomend elec-tech for renewables / electrical work without hesitation.

After an initial phone call, someone came out to look at the job within the week. I then received a quote a few days later which was by far the best price I’d had. The job was then started a week later and the chap that did the install was excellent! Really nice guy, clean, tidy and really helpful. I had a really good experience and would 100% use these guys again 👍

Great service by Jamie and the team. Promptly booked in after initial inspection and the work was carried out quickly. Would definitely use again and recommend.

Have used Elec-Tech for years, they are always prompt and efficient

I always use Elec-Tech for any electrical services. I find that they are very responsive .Most recently I had an issue where there was no power to the kitchen appliances including the heating boiler, and with an infant in the house this was far from ideal. Elec-tech came out the same day when I phoned first thing in the morning, fantastic service. Many thanks

Excellent Work

A friendly company to work with. A well priced project, started and finished as quoted. A very high standard of workmanship, would certainly recommend!! Update Summer 2024; Project to rewire/fit out with sockets and lighting plus some garden sockets. All work carried out to very high standard as before. I would use this company again - and I have!

Fantastic job by the Elec-Tech team, led by Jamie. Very helpful initial site meeting, answered my many questions with clear explanations. Then followed installation of (PV) solar panels, storage batteries, inverter and a Zappi for the car, all completed within a week. Installation team so polite, professional, tidy - a pleasure to have on site. Careful planning and innovation to install the right sized system for a large timber framed house, despite the very fiddly meter cupboard here! PV installed on our substantial hen house with modular battery approach to enable flexibility in the future. All MSC certification, UKPN docs, warranties and Bldg Control included, enabling export tariff to be set up. Cannot praise the approach and the team enough. Already making a significant reduction to electricity bills and carbon footprint even during dull winter skies. Many thanks all, fantastic job!

Excellent service. Could not fault the way the work was carried out by the engineer and his assistant.

Friendly and skilled group of electricians who politely seemed to enjoy our choir rehearsal. Did a super job of tidying up as well. Thank you so much for a new pew heaters!

Last year these guys fitted by PV and battery and 12 months later they slotted my charger into their programme at short notice after being let down by Audi’s Free of charge charger provider! The job was obviously too complicated for Ohme but just a stroll in the park for Elec-Tech! Happy to recommend to anyone!

Fantastic service! My enquiry was dealt with very professionally and an engineer was booked straightaway, he arrived exactly when expected and carried out the work to a very high standard. Very reasonable price for the work also. Would have no hesitation in recommending to family and friends. Thank you very much.

Excellent service provided by Rhys who was very professional but friendly and did a great job on the various things we needed!

Elec-Tech installed my Zappi charger recently and the experience was great. Really quick to come and give a competitive quote and installed within a couple of weeks. Had a difficult installation route but the work was completed just how I wanted, despite other companies saying it couldn't be done just because it was outside of their one size fits all approach.

Had a Zappi EV wall charger installed. An easy process, all the way from the initial contact with David Groom to the installation by Brett. Throughout I felt confident I was in the hands of professionals who knew what they were doing and how to do it well. Highly recommend Elec-Tech.

We were originally looking at having a home car charger installed in our garage for our new hybrid car however after speaking to David Groom and the team at Elec-Tech we decided to have solar panels installed as well. We were very pleased with the way that David, Jamie and the team handled both our installations and found them to be very responsive and professional throughout the whole process.

Outside security light and outside garden room spotlight not operating correctly. Phoned Elec- tech office to arrange visit, the office advised that they had a team working in the area and should be able to attend my property today. Two employees arrived at lunchtime, looked at the faults and advise what was required and they could fix the issues straight away. The lads went off to get the required lights, returned after 30 minutes and completed the work. Elec-tech are a fantastic company, with knowledgable employees, and great customer service. I would highly recommend Elec-tech.
