We recently met Charlie after purchasing a property that turned into more of a renovation project than we thought! He was a massive help and provided excellent service. Charlie came over to offer advice with the properties electrics as this was new to us. Even managing to turn up the same day as he finished early we were really grateful for, as it was a stressful time. Charlie came to install an Extractor fan in our bathroom, plus extra pieces of work that was required while our boiler was being installed. We chopped and changed his work a bit last minute but he did not complain and was there to help us through this difficult period. He then returned to install an electric hob for us, tweaked the switchboard and test the electrics around the house to ensure they're safe. We really appreciated his time and advice. He was a proper person who wants to do a decent job, he also tidied up after himself each time. We will definitely use Charlie again for any future electrical work. Thanks!

Charlie at Charge Electrical is very professional, highly skilled, totally honest and fairly priced, and on top of that a really nice person. On this occasion, I phoned Charlie as a weird central heating programmer set up for heating and hot water had gone wrong and I desperately needed help with it. At very short notice Charlie dropped his paperwork and came out ASAP (literally in about 10 minutes) and was able to determined which one of the programmers had failed, and was able to use the other more modern programmer with a thermostat for both the hot water and heating which both fixed and simplified the system. He stayed long enough afterwards to check the systems were working, to show me how to programme and to tidy up but without wasting any time. I would very highly recommend.

We were impressed by Charlie on his first visit when he came to help us to decide what was the best way to update our outside and garage lighting. On the day of doing the work all expectations were fully met. Charlie is now booked for some work in the house.
