Reviewers describe Steve Charles Electrical Ltd as friendly, professional and reliable. Their jobs included replacing bathroom lighting and fitting kitchen downlights, outdoor lights, humidistats and a Nest thermostat, and they also updated an EICR. One reviewer said Paul gave sound advice on light positioning, dealt with an earthing issue with minimum mess and showed them through the Nest app, while another said three call-outs to adjust a sensitive night light came at no extra cost. Reviewers mention being kept informed through a quote and, in one case, a final bill that matched it. One review said Steve was thorough on the site visit and that the quote was not unreasonable.
Efficient, reliable and friendly service with very reasonable charges.
Would recommend Steve Charles' company - very professional, great work and updated our EICR accordingly. An excellent, reliable service - thank you:)
First time using this company I have had had excellent and consistent and very friendly service. I rang several companies and they were the only one who returned my call! It was a smallish job but was given every help when I needed adjustments. I had three different call outs to adjust the special night light which was particularly sensitive. There was no extra cost for this. I will definitely be using this company in the future!!!
Excellent, friendly service. Very reliable and very good standard of work.
Couldn't recommend highly enough, used them many times and they have always done an amazing job and are soo professional. Thank you
No regrets using SCE - fantastic job all round. They provided an initial reasonable quote which mirrored the final bill once the work was done. We had some outdated bathroom lighting replaced and 12 new LED downlights installed in the kitchen. Paul was experienced & conscientous, provided sound advice with regards to the positioning of the lights and managed the earthing issue that arose brilliantly, working with minimum mess to complete the job over a number of days. Would recommend and will use again.
Steve and Paul both highly recommended!...great job, efficient, clean and tidy and extremely knowldgable and personable- a great local company. We had various outside lights and humidistats fitted to the house and will use them in the future for sure. Rebecca and Lynette in the office keep the whole operation slick and sharp from the admin side.
I've used a few local trades people recently with mixed results, I chose Steve Charles Electrical to install a Nest for me, I wanted someone specifically experienced with Nest. Steve was thorough in his site visit, and the quote not unreasonable. On the day Paul did a very good job, neat and tidy wiring and spotless install . He also took some time to show me through the app and get it running. Excellent job all round.
Excellent company from consultation to execution. Pricing is more than reasonable and workmanship is impeccable. They installed recessed downlights for me and am more than happy with the job they did. The boss himself is very friendly and will happily take as much time as needed to give you all the options with their pros and cons. Look no further for all your electrical needs. Overall very efficient. An easy 10 out of 10.
I use this company for business and personal matters and they have always delivered a 5* service. Could not recommend highly enough.
Great service quick easy and all work done without a problem. Thank you
A very positive experience. Very professional and friendly. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who wants a good job done, including advice when needed.
Incredibly knowledgeable in their field. Reputable company with reliable and friendly staff. Highly rated and certainly recommended.
