Same day attendance for an urgent electrical problem and fixed within two days. Really excellent service and highly recommend Bill.

Bill and his team were very professional they did all the work fitting my battery, inverter and new fuse box quickly and tidily leaving no mess. I would definitely use them again and recommend them for the quality of their work.

Bill and his team worked on our electrics with our recent kitchen refurb. Very flexible as we had different jobs at different stages of the refurb, lovely tidy job, friendly , professional and fair price. Definitely recommend and would use again👍

Stephenson Electrical fitted a bathroom fan for us. We are very happy with the work they have done. We found them easy to contact and were very reliable. The work was done at the time specified. We would definitely use them again.

Quality work and professional service, I would absolutely recommend!

Good work from Stephenson Electrical, came and fitted two sockets in shed. Had to get right under the floor with the cables. All external work was super neat and fitted well! Very reasonable price!

Absolutely would highly recommend reasonable price and fast knows what is doing for sure 👌

Came out on a sunday, arrived within 20 minutes and fixed the issue within 20 minutes, friendly chap, and would highly recommend to anyone

Called 8:30pm ish, was with me before 9pm. Absolutely outstanding service. Highly recommend and I WILL be using again 5*+ all the way

Brilliant service, went out of his way to come earlier than scheduled. Very professional & helpful. Best price around!

Excellent service can highly recommend Bill and company very reasonable costs and certificates very professional

Very prompt helpful service from Bill. Helped sort everything out. Tidy reliable worker and highly recommended

Bill did a great job for us when we had an issue with central heating our plumber couldn't sort (motorised valve). He diagnosed the issue over the phone same day and came out next working day. He has been back to refit a thermostat and on both occasions stayed until he made sure it was sorted, despite being held up by problems. Communication was great throughout. Thank you!

The two guys (Simon & Joseph) who came to do our job were very professional and friendly did a good job but what impressed me the most was when finished they made a real effort to clean up, which is unusual these days I would happily use Stephenson electrical again …

The work carried out prior to a new kitchen refit was to a very high standard. Very professional and friendly team.

Bill took on an open ended factory refurbishment job at very short notice. We simply didn’t know what needed doing until we started and it turned into a large exercise over many weeks. The service from Bill and his team was always excellent and Bill’s skill and judgement contributed greatly to a successful sale of the building

The job was to supply / install a Zappi EV charger to replace an ageing Podpoint and optimise the output from my existing sloar panels. From the outset, Bill Stephenson displayed a keenness for the work: Very soon after receiving the request, he carried out a site inspection, quickly specced the task and submitted his (very reasonable) quote. The actual job was carried out promptly, cleanly and efficiently. I have no hesitation in recommending him for any job. He will be my first contact for any future electrical work in the future. Overall, a first class experience from start to finish.

Complete kitchen rewire. New consumer unit, and property brought up to current NAPIT standards, at a reasonable cost. Happy with the work carried out, and the politeness and efficiency of the company. Would use this company again if the need arises.

Did a quick job wiring a cooker back in for me, put the small amount of rubbish generated in the bin. Pleasant chap, quickly sorted.

Excellent service, highly recommend to be used by everyone. Helped my nanna out at such short notice. 5 stars all the way 👌

We used this company when we purchased our house whilst still living in london they rewired our whole house whilst only having remote contact, They were professional throughout, kept us updated regularly, once we moved into the house they carried out further work for us which was completed in good time to a high standard, All of the staff we had contact with were courteous and polite we would certainly recommend them and would not hesitate to use them again!!

Excellent service from Stephenson Electrical Installations, they go above and beyond. i can not fault the work they have done with my kitchen, full rewire of all lighting and electric circuits. friendly, polite, knowledgeable people, i highly recommend them !

I have been using this company for several years and am delighted with the service, quality of work and dedication of Bill and his team. We have used them for full domestic and commercial rewiring jobs, repairs and small jobs. Nothing is ever too much trouble for Bill and is workmanship and knowledge is excellent. Most importantly for us (from a business point of view) Bill never lets us down- if we have an emergency problem he always makes an extra effort to deal with it quickly - this has saved us many times. I can't recommend SEI highly enough.

Used this company for many domestic & commercial repairs. Always give excellent service with good quality workmanship would highly recommend.

Trustworthy company, have used them for a while now for maintenance and emergency work for my domestic customers and also in a commercial capacity, with never any issues. Highly recommended.

Absolutely disgusting service. Bad manners, complete disregard, unprofessional. Our estate agents uses this electricians for thier rental properties. First guy came out, said our shower was knackered, that we needed a new one. Told us they would fit it when they could . They were told we needed it due to disabilities in which the they responded ha why don't you have a bath? They then came out and were rude, abnoxious and didn't fit a new shower just apparently fixed it because actually now it's fine. (Acording to them) it broke again...they begrudgingly returned, said ha you have knocked the safety switch in the cupboard. Left. It breaks again, and now smells like rotting fish. We call back and he states (rudely) if he gets time next week he will come look at it. I had to ring Scarborough fire station for them to tell us to isolate the shower, switch it off at the main board as rotten fish smell is basically the electrical wires burning and is extremely hazardous and a massive fire risk. We have three small children and have been using that shower thinking we are safe! We have rang the estate agents! Told them we DO NOT want this electricians back in our home. Do not take any risks by phoning these guys. They are lazy! Obviously do not care about doing a proper job and can't even show you basic politeness. Massive NO NO. Ild rather pay a private myselfelectrician than risk our lives using this one again.

We have used this company for the 5 years and have found all the staff to be knowledgeable, pleasant and courteous. We have recommended them to both business colleagues and personal friends. All have appreciated the quality and value for money service they have received.

I have been using Stephenson Electrical for many years and for various projects from basic repairs, commercial installations to new build full house wires. Mr Stephenson is very knowledgable, and has always carried out his work in an extremely professional manner, giving excellent advice when required to complete a project both in budget and on time. Highly recommended.

We use Stephenson Electrical on a regular basis , and find that they provide a very responsive service . They have been looking after the general electrical maintenance of our 4 nursing homes in Scarborough for many years now and are very prompt in general servicing and emergency call outs. I would highly recommend them for their efficient and professional service .

I used this company after a previous electrician let me down without completing a rewire. They were excellent and extremely helpful when discussing how I should proceed with renovation of my outbuildings. They have singed off on two sections of the conversion and will be back shortly to complete the installation and ding off for building regs. They have also rewired my rental property at a very reasonable price. I have recommended Stephenson's to all my friends and colleagues looking for an electrician.

Absolutely fantastic service by these guys. I urgently needed some repairs doing and they came very last minute to fit me in and on a Friday evening! The job turned out to be a bigger job than I first quoted, but they were more than willing to stay to ensure my home was safe. They are all really friendly, knowledgeable and experienced. I would 100% recommend them to do any electrical work (big or small)
