RDF Electrical Ltd

I used RDF today as my electric garage door control unit became faulty. The tradesman arrived on time as promised and it was refreshing to see that in this throw away culture he tried to fix the unit first rather than just replace it. Unfortunately as I suspected the unit had become unsafe and was beyond repair so he discussed several options with me to suit my budget and needs. The unit was replaced swiftly and well within budget. I found the tradesman to be helpful, courteous and honest. Great work and Well Done RDF.

Contacted him via WhatsApp (which is so great for me) and then he managed to come the very next day, diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it efficiently. As far as I’m concerned he’s now my electrician!!

Excellent company. Did a superb job fitting new extractor fans and spotlights. Would recommend.

I had an emergency where I had drilled through a socket cable. RDF came out within half an hour even though it was evening time and helped to make it safe. My options were clearly explained with pros and cons and I wasn’t pressured either way. He even came back the next morning at no extra charge as he didn’t have the right part with him. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Very professional and efficient. Riaan turned up exactly when promised and sorted the problem within 20 minutes. He took time and care in discussing and quoting for additional work which we will be going ahead with soon. Thanks and we look forward to you returning to do the next works.
