H C Pyramid Electrical

Fantastic comms after submitting a request through Check A Trade. Really professional, happy with the work, well priced, would recommend :)

If you are looking for an efficient, reliable, knowledgeable and highly professional electrical contractor, I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending H C Pyramid Electrical. From the outset, Stu responded to my enquiry promptly and professionally. His attention to detail and conscientious approach immediately gave me confidence that the work would be carried out to a high standard. We have a distinctive spiral-shaped staircase in our home, with spotlights illuminating both the lower and upper landings. However, the central landing had no dedicated lighting, leaving the middle section of the stairwell inadequately illuminated and, consequently, less safe when artificial lighting was required. Unfortunately, our Labonete pendant light arrived two weeks later than anticipated, leaving us with only two days before our decorator was due to commence work. This created a rather pressing need for an electrician who could accommodate us at very short notice and complete the installation before the decorating began. Despite the limited notice, Stu was able to arrange for Les, a member of his team, to attend our home and undertake the installation. Les approached the work with considerable care and precision. He meticulously measured the ceiling above the central landing and used laser equipment to determine the optimum position for the light, ensuring that both its practical function and visual alignment were taken into consideration. Throughout the visit, Les was punctual, courteous, diligent and highly professional. What impressed me particularly was the care he took to leave our home exactly as he had found it. All packaging, debris and other waste were completely removed, and there was no evidence that any work had taken place other than the beautifully installed and perfectly positioned Labonete pendant light. The result has made a significant difference to both the safety and appearance of our staircase. Thank you, Stu and Les, for providing such an excellent service at very short notice. We are absolutely delighted with the quality of the workmanship and the professionalism demonstrated throughout. I would be very happy to recommend H C Pyramid Electrical to anyone seeking high-quality electrical work carried out with care, precision and professionalism.

I highly recommend HC Pyramid Electrical. They have completed electrical work across several of my rental properties and have always been polite, responsive and reliable. Every job has been completed to an excellent standard, with great care and attention to detail - thank you!

I recommend this business 😍👍🏻 Every time I use this company they are …….. prompt, reliable, respectful and do a fantastic job Great team 👍🏻

Highly recommend HC Pyramid. They produced an EICR for me and installed new heaters. Everything was handled perfectly, on time and their after sales service is exceptional.

Stuart and Marc carried out an EICR at my property. Second to none service, fantastic work and have heard great things about these guys from others too. I also live slightly out of area but they were happy to accommodate and go above and beyond nevertheless. Couldn't recommend any higher.

If you’re looking for a competent, safe, knowledgeable and highly professional service, look no further! We have a ‘C’ shaped staircase with no light fitting above the central landing. At very short notice, Stu arranged for Les to come out and install a Labonete hanging light, just two days before our decorator was due to start painting. Les was exceptionally professional and meticulous, using lasers to accurately position the light in the optimum location. His workmanship was impeccable, and he left absolutely no trace that he had been in our home. The new light has made a huge difference to our stairwell and provides exactly the downward lighting we wanted. Thank you, Les and Stu, for your superb service. We are absolutely delighted with the result and would have no hesitation in recommending you!..

Excellent service from the HC Pyramid team who retrofitted 40+ downlights, installed a new fusebox, and even sorted out some dodgy cables out the back. Would recommend.

Les from HC Pyramid Electrical did a great job with requested works at the house. Scope was to relocate and tidy up electrical items in the loft space prior to loft boarding, including ensuring all items are in compliance. Les was quick, helpful and professional in his approach.

Mike and the team did a great job of moving some sockets and adding some more to my games room and living room. The communication was great. They were on time every day and they tidied up after themselves. We had a first and a second fix completed in time and they were happy to make changes to what was originally quoted and they came back and did some extra work. I’ll be calling them if I need any electrical work happening again, And I’d be happy to recommend to my friends and family. The work was all completed in two one day blocks split over two weeks in September.

Great, quick and very reasonably priced - would highly recommend.

HC Electrical responded promptly to a small domestic job I posted on Checkatrade. Communication was clear and consistent throughout and work was carried out quickly, efficiently and considerate of me WFH. Nice people, great job and would use again and recommend.

Stu and the team are great. I’ve used them a number of times since moving to the area and they are my first choice for any electrical work. Recently got out super quick to change a 32a to 16a in the MCB and swapped out a 3 pin plug to oven out switch so we could install our new oven. Always reliable, top quality work and at a fair price.

Amazing service at a very reasonable price. Had a quote and the work completed within a week. Couldn’t recommend them enough! Thank you!

As a company we've been using Stuart's - HC Pyramid - services for about 5 years now. Very reliable, professional and timely managed services. Reasonable pricing and friendly approach.

Response time via Checkatrade was excellent. Prequote communication helped spec out the job which was booked in for following week. Some unforeseen stuff came up when we started, but again, all handled well. Actual job completed in expected time frame and great tidy up afterwards. Recommended

Excellent service from the guys at HCPyramid Electrical - they’ve done all my work (light fixtures, relevant switches/rewiring, sockets etc) and I will continue to use them moving forward!

I was in dire need of a kitchen light fitting change (Partly my own doing!). Found these guys via Checkatrade on very, very short notice. Always very professional, and look to address requirements with a quality solution. I’ve used them for various projects in and outside of my home, and I’ve always been pleased with the outcome.

Professional and efficient from start to finish! Stu provided recommendations of what lights would work best for us, and provided a very competitive quote. Work was scheduled in immediately, and all 24 spotlights were replaced within 2 hours this morning. All mess was tidied and old lights were bagged up. Very happy with the work completed - thanks very much!

Super speedy, easy communication, already recommended them to my friend for works of their own! Thanks :) Jake

I recently used HC Pyramid Electrical Limited, and I couldn't be happier with the service they provided. From the very first contact, the team was professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything clearly before starting the work, which gave me complete confidence that I had chosen the right company. The work carried out included a full electrical inspection and testing of my property, upgrading my old fuse board to a brand-new consumer unit, installing three new electrical sockets, and replacing several light fittings. Every part of the job was completed to an exceptionally high standard, with great attention to detail and workmanship. What impressed me the most was how organised and efficient the electricians were. They arrived on time, worked hard throughout the day, and treated my home with respect. They made sure everything was completed safely, kept the work areas clean and tidy, and removed all the old materials before they left. It's clear they take pride in the quality of their work. The new fuse board installation was carried out professionally, and they thoroughly tested everything afterwards to ensure it was working correctly and met all current safety regulations. The three new sockets were installed exactly where I wanted them, making my home much more practical, and the new lighting has completely transformed the look and feel of the rooms. Throughout the entire process, communication was excellent. They answered all of my questions patiently, explained the testing results in a way that was easy to understand, and provided reassurance that everything had been completed to a high standard. It's not often you find a company that combines professionalism, reliability, excellent workmanship, and outstanding customer service, but HC Pyramid Electrical Limited certainly does. Their prices were fair for the quality of the work, and I genuinely felt like they cared about doing the job properly rather than rushing through it. I would highly recommend HC Pyramid Electrical Limited to anyone looking for trustworthy and skilled electricians. Whether you need electrical testing, a fuse board upgrade, additional sockets, lighting installation, or any other electrical work, you can be confident you're in safe hands. I will definitely be using them again for any future electrical work and won't hesitate to recommend them to family and friends. Thank you to the whole team for an excellent job and a first-class service. See you again, soon.
