Reviews

Electrod UK Ltd supplied and fitted outdoor security lights for one reviewer, who said the work was completed to a high standard and that they had no problems with the lights. That reviewer was very happy with the service and would recommend it. Another reviewer said they were extremely disappointed with both the product and the customer service, reporting that the company failed to fix a long-standing problem with an electric charger they had bought, which led them to buy another charging point.
We are extremely disappointed firstly with the product and secondly with the customer service from this company, they failed in rectifying the long standing problem of getting the electric charger we purchased to work as it should have done from day one, this has resulted in us having to purchase another electric charging point.
After i had outdoor security lights put on my warehouse , they were completed to a high standard and i haven't had any problems with them. very happy with the service and would recommend this quality of service to anyone.
