Just had Rhino undertake a full house rewire. Received a couple of quotes, Hendrik was the only one that identified we required a new incoming supply, from our electricity supplier. He was very helpful and went through the house explaining what we needed and why. Both him and his colleague worked through the recent heatwave to complete the job on time. Couldn't fault the work, excellent job, would definitely use again.

Accepted a QUOTE from this company to fit an outside socket to charge my mobility scooter. ( I’ve twice had one fitted at previous addresses so I well know what is involved) Work was, in my opinion, as described in the quote, but I was charged almost double. The first time I used the indoor switch it was so stiff that I could not turn it off, unless I resorted to hitting it with a hammer or something similar. I reported this problem via email. After several days I’d had no reply so I rang them. Amazingly “no email received”. Same electrician as before came out. ( nice lad) He insisted there was nothing wrong with the switch, even though I am unable to operate it. (by the way, I am not a weakling, and I don’t have arthritis). I’ve just finished landscaping my garden) Now he wants paying for the call out. Also charging for 1 hour’s work when he was here less than 5 minutes. He did however admit that the switch is stiff due to it being old. No way am I paying this dreadful company another penny. By the way, quotes are legally binding. Be warned!

Very happy with the service, had a number of quotes for an electrical installation condition report (EICR) and found Rhino to be very fairly priced. They attended when they said they would and on time. Very friendly and explained what they needed to do and explained some further bits that needed sorting on faults that were found. I will certainly use them again when needed and would definitely recommend. I am based in Lytham St Anne's.

Hendrick came today to removed my old light fittings for standard ones, ready for when I move out. He also took my electric bathroom cabinet down. I usually have trouble with tradesmen, but Hendrick was great. Came bang on time and got the job done. Friendly and good communication :)

After finding Rhino Electrical Solutions via google based on reviews i immediately gave them a call. Hendrik offered to come out the same day which unfortunately wasnt convenient but he came the next day as promised earlier than scheduled. He rang before to confirm his ETA and the price was exactly as he quoted...no hidden fees at all. He was professional, thorough, efficient and very knowledgable as you would expect from an electrical tradesman. If i need any further electrics sorting i will 100% use rhino again. He came prepared to fix the kitchen light wiring which he did in just a few mins and on inspecting the light switch confirmed it was faulty, grabbed a spare from his van, charged just £2.50 for the piece and fitted that also in a couple mins. He gave honest recommendations in relation to any questions i had. Thank you Hendrik for such a prompt, professional service! You deserve all those 5* reviews.

Hendrik did a fantastic job of changing my old Newmotion charger to the Ohme charger. He arrived on time as agreed and got straight into the job. The finished products looks great and I certainly recommend Rhino for any EV charger installs.

Rhino installed driveway and steps illumination using Philips Hue lighting which i control from my phone using an app. Hendrik, Matt and Heysham were always on time, worked tirelessly and tidied up afterwards. All in all a very satisfactory experience. Highly recommended

I've had Rhino out twice and will always use them now. They've been friendly, great at communication, helpful, finished the jobs in great time and been a very fair price. They also highlighted existing dangerous wiring they found during one job, explained why it was dangerous, and offered a safe solution without being pushy or claiming a big, expensive fix is needed. This went a long way to helping me trust them. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone, especially if you're not sure where to start or who to trust.

What an amazing team at Rhino, a local business! I can't praise them highly enough. From our first meeting with Hendrik, to the end of the full rewiring of my property, the lads never stopped. First class workers, nice and polite and always happy to inform me as they went along, advise or listen to any queries I had! They cleaned up as they went along, arrived early each morning and worked until tea time. Hendrik always replied to any calls or messages, didn't keep me waiting. A great company! My first contact should I have anything electrical needed doing!

I have used Rhino twice now. The first time was to install 2 electric radiators in the summer of this year. Rhino's Manchester based engineer, Hishem, did a fantastic job of installing both radiators and showed me how to use the radiators manually and showed me round the Rointe Lite app and it's functions. Hishem assured me that if there was any problems, to just contact the Rhino head office. When Autumn arrived, I realised I needed another radiator in my lounge so I called on Rhino again to install the third radiator and this time I had the opportunity and pleasure of meeting Hendrik face-to-face, who came to check out my flat to see where the third radiator would go and again I had the lovely pleasure of having Hishem install the third radiator and again like before, he showed me how it worked manually (it was a slightly modified version of the other 2) and uploaded for me the latest phone app for the make and model of all 3 radiators I have which is the Rointe Nexa. Hishem also checked out a couple of other minor electrical issues in my flat, while he was there which I cleared with Hendrik first and again Hishem assured me if there was any issues, to just contact Rhino like before.

I contacted Rhino Electrical Solutions ltd & from the onset I got a good feeling. The responses were so good & of a welcoming nature. The correspondence was excellent & professional. The job was excellent, Hendrik appeared to go above and beyond. Very professional, thorough and definitely knows his stuff. I wouldn't use anyone else! I used Rhino previously and the work and service was exceptional, Hendrik is an absolute pleasure to deal with, he went out his way (twice) to come well over an hour through rush hour to sort a fault and install a smart thermostat. 2 years on and I moved house and last night all the upstairs lights stopped working so Rhino was my go to and as usual they had Hendrik out the following day, professional and reassuring and always recommend him and Rhino. Thank you SO much Hendrik!! Your an absolute delight to deal with.

It’s unfortunate that my experience has ended this way, after an initial positive interaction. Rhino has completed a job previously and I was very happy with the work carried out. However since then, I’ve been chasing for a quote for another job and the service has been disappointing. I’ve had 2 separate visits to the home to assess the situation and after chasing for an update twice, I was told they don’t have the required information for an accurate quote. They had arranged an appointment this morning to finally sort but then didn’t show up. Following this I called again, to be told they already have the information they require and won’t be attending the appointment. Which I didn’t find very professional after spending the morning waiting for them to show. I’ve been messed around and let down now for several weeks and it’s a shame I feel the need to take the work elsewhere.

Spoke to them, they visited the premises and we waited weeks for a quote. No quote received so I called and chased. Did this 3 times over the course of a month and they still failed to respond It’s rare I leave a bad review because of how detrimental it can be for a small business however their lack of communication caused for no other option Don’t waste your time chasing this company for your electrical needs. All we needed was 4 lights fitting. Not even that big of a job but on their quote they told me we would need a bunch of extra work which they were going to quote me for (Note - I since spoke with the electrical company where I got the lights and all that was needed extra was a dimmer module which costs £34. Not the grand amount of work originally advised by this company)

We have been using Rhino Electrical Solutions for over 1.5 years now with multiple jobs being carried out. All from smaller jobs (light change) to connecting electrics to new cabins for commercial clients. Communication is of importance and this has been well received by Rhino Electrical. Always contactable, reliable and very well priced. We will continue to use Rhino for all of our future works.

Called Rhino as I had an emergency at my Dads house, he has dementia and we had no electricity or gas an engineer from Scottish power wrongly condemned them both and I was worried that Dad would have to go into respite care. A very nice electrician called Hendrick came within a few hours and sorted the problem and got my Dads electricity back on in no time at all. Hendrick was really helpful and I am so grateful that he could come to Dads so quickly and get the problem sorted straight away. Thank you

Hendrik came the morning after we called him (he came on a Sunday) and found out that an earlier rewire we had done to the house was dodgy. He quickly found the issue with our electric shower (the ceiling switch had burned out) and changed it. He also changed our broken light switch in the bathroom too. He kept us updated with what he was doing and why throughout. And all at a much better price than we were being quoted by others.

Hendrick was fantastic, prompt, clear communication, took the time to explain everything and the quality of work was excellent. Would definitely recommend and saved us a house rewire following a dodgy EICR from a previous contractor. 10/10

Had an emergency situation in heavy rain in the middle of Sunday afternoon. Hendrik arrived within an hour, identified the problem (which was something I would never have thought of) and had it fixed within another hour. Very efficient, professional and pleasant.
