Eco Home Insulation

Fast & quick service 5*

Great pair of lads. Friendly, professional and clean. Have done a great job and would recommend to anyone. A pleasure to have met Jamie and hopefully our paths will cross again. Couldn't be happier with how speedy they were!

Had someone visit my home in October and was told I would hear in two weeks twice. I waited 4 weeks and called them in mid November to be told my application had been passed to their planning team and they would be in touch. Another 4 weeks has passed and I have just called them to now be told the flex scheme has been put on hold and there is no funding at the moment. I have done all of the chasing and I have now waited for two months to be told sorry. Not good enough really. I suffer with asthma and have a pregnant wife and now we are yet again sitting in a cold home over the winter. Really disappointed in this company who so far haven’t lived up to expectation. I will change my review if and when they come back to me but so far not a very good experience.

Kian and mark did an amazing job and did it so quick too, they was really polite and looked after our belongings thank you both so much.

Jamie, Paul and Mark the plasterers are very good at their jobs, the plastering was very smooth. Scott did an amazing job adding skirtings similar to the originals and new window sills. The loft has been insulated and I am pleased. New boiler was fitted perfectly. Patrick the electrician did a very good job doing electric air vents and overall the work has been done professionally and transformed my house into a warmer home for the winter, thank you all

The whole process was so invasive, I suffer with anxiety and ptsd. At first I was so on edge. But jamie was so professional he talked me through all the jobs he would be doing, day by day. He made me feel very at ease. Jamie was a very friendly worker. Always happy and jolly. He also did an excellent job. He was a very clean worker. Mark was a nice polite young man and got on with all the jobs jamie allocated him to. Brilliant work. Ryan was a very friendly and happy guy. Very professional, he explained every job he was doing. Very professional and did a really good job. This team have had to endure my nightmare landlord which isn't easy, the boys dealt with this brilliantly. Give them pay rise. Regards Donna

Great company, highly recommend these to work in your home. Jonny and Ed arrived promptly Monday morning, they took time to explain the work they were carrying out. There work is faultless, they are both very professional and at the end of each day leave the house spotless. We were apprehensive about the upheaval, but I can honestly say these guys have done an amazing job to minimise that. 5 stars from us

Jamie arrived on time. He is helpful, polite, and courteous. Despite the overall state of the property he covered and protected everything prior to starting work. His plastering is fantastic and his clean up exemplary. Highly recommend him. Fantastic job!

We had 2 plumbers here, Todd and Mark who worked really hard for 5 days to install our new Air Heat Source Pump. We live in an old house and it's not an easy house or straight forward property to work in but they worked really hard to make sure the installation and adaption of the old plumbing was done as efficiently and competently as possible. Thank you to Eco Home Insulation our new heating system is working very well and efficiently.

Would like to thank Jamie and Alfie for not just their hard work throughout the eco home process, but also for their fantastic plastering, friendliness, manners and overall respect for our home. Jamie and Alfie went above and beyond to ensure our home was left in as good a condition throughout as it was on arrival. Maintaining a clean and tidy workspace and putting all of our furniture and belongings away each afternoon before finishing for the day, to ensure minimal disruption. Thanks boys! Courtney & Luke

Great team effort Jamie and Paul very professional covering all carpets from the start cleaning up each day very hard workers and polite all the team were very professional thanks again highly recommend great communication from the start to finish much appreciated Dave Jordan Blackpool

Great job jamie and paul were professional from the start till the end three floors to attic worked so hard coverd all the floors clean up each day after work communication with eco home was first class well done highly recommended thank you Dave Jordan

Paul and Mark came to fit Loft insulation and Cavity Wall Insulation in my property and they were brilliant! I dont think I've ever seen anyone work so hard on what was one of the hottest days of the year too. They were polite, helpful and very professional, tidied up after and explained everything as they went along. They went above and beyond, highly recommended, I cannot thank them enough

Overall, a very efficient installation with all the trades integrating well. Everyone was very courteous, knowledgeable and efficient despite some of the oddities our house threw up! The soar panel and inverter installation team were very thorough, despite the weather. Andy and Owen, the plumbers, were especially adept at solving our issues. Matthew and latterly Josh, the electricians were also excellent, as were Lewis and his colleague from Llanelli. Paul and Cian, the plasterers, did an excellent job insulating and finishing the ceiling. They were very tidy and clean. A excellent, well organized job! Thank you one and all!

Very good workmanship by all the trades, very courteous, respectful, friendly and considerate. Only negative comment would be the lack of communication from management.

Jamie and Alfie have worked well as a team on my property ensuring that the preparation was done to the highest standard with the aim of the finish being excellent. We are absolutely delighted with the finish of the plastering and the quality of the workmanship and service they have both provided. Jamie and Alfie were both personable and kind to my 3 year old who was really taken with them. They showed respect for our property and took care to cover our belongings to minimise damage/dust/dirt. They assisted with moving furniture and tidied up after themselves. They conducted themselves professionally and we really feel that they went above and beyond and we are very happy with the work they have done on our property.

Jamie 😊 From the minute Jamie came in my home he , was nothing more than friendly , tried helping me , in all aspects of the work going on , We had to discuss a few areas that we had different ideas about , and both sorted all problems that arose,l He is trust worthy , I left my keys and house in his hands while I was at work, , great plastering job all-round , thanks for the work you done , good luck in the future ,,,some rooms that are now decorated and finished

Just in the final stages of having this grant work on our home. We've been really pleased with the attention to detail of the guys who have been working here. Ian the plumber has been great at getting to grips with our plumbing and heating and must be the best pipe bender we ever met. Thank you for working so hard to fit everything in the available space. Secondly, thanks to Jeff the chippy. He's replaced window sills, rebuilt cupboards , matched in skirting and a million other jobs. His work is incredibly neat and tidy and he has a real eye for detail. We can't thank him enough for the work he's done...we might just box his van in so he can't leave the driveway! Finally thanks to Ian the Project Manager. Somehow he has to keep an eye on the myriad of different trades that need to come and go. He is responsive and positive....very helpful.

Jamie Alfie, Kian , Paul and Mark have worked tirelessly to line our house and plaster. They are a friendly, skilled team with an excellent attention to detail and they took real care to listen to any questions we had, working through any problems our old house threw up on the way. Beautiful plastering Jamie and Paul...thank you. They kept everthing as clean and tidy as possible on the way , and took care to ensure that gates etc were kept shut to keep our dogs in. Our dogs are still pining for Alfie. You are lucky if you get this team working for you....stock up your biscuit tin and enjoy the banter.

Eco-Home insulation were great from start to finish. They tackle a very difficult job insulating, replastering and all the things in between whilst a family carries on trying to live in their home. It certainly is not easy for the workforce but right from the outset they were polite, respectful, honest and hardworking chaps. They all turned up on time and got on with the job in hand - at times several teams of contractors in our home at once. We honestly could not fault them and would 100% recommend them. We are really pleased with the work they did for us. Thank you lads and of course thank you to Steph in the office who keeps you really well informed of what is happening and when. Fine effort from all of you. 5 stars all the way!! Yvette and Russell Weblin-Grimsley

Finding a reputable company proves to be very difficult. However, after a recommendation from a neighbour, we were delighted with quality of the work completed by Tom. He kept us informed of the work from start to finish, being punctual and very reliable. I would certainly use Tom again and would highly recommend him to others. A job well done! Thank you.

We are having internal insulation fitted and 4 ventilation fans. This review is only about the team that cored the holes for the ventilation fans as the rsst of the work is still ongoing. Tom & Lee came and had to drill the holes for the fans with one being in the upstairs bathroom. Working off a scaffold tower in a very confined space. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble for these guys and they really went the extra mile to make sure everything was correct and that we were happy. Amazingly there was next to no mess and everything was left clean and tidy. Tom & lee were very respectful to both us and our 120 year old house with the walls being just under 600mm thick. I would highly recomend these two guys. Thank you Tom and Lee.

Eco Home Insulation have recently installed an air source heating system in the house I am renting and have done a very professional job. It was not easy to work around us as we are a family of five, plus our dog, and had only recently moved into the property, but the team were very flexible working around us and very respectful. The work itself is to a high standard, and considering all the bad experiences i've heard from other people about air source heat companies, these guys were fantastic, and if you're thinking of getting a system put in I would certainly choose Eco Home Insulation. The after care is also very good, with the girls in the main office contactable if you need any help with your system or to arrange any finishing off jobs from the various tradesmen. Thank you to the Eco Home Insulation team for a great job!

Really good job on putting in our new air source heat pump and solar panels. Great workmanship, friendly, respectful and I would highly recommend them. The back up from the office year is top class too. We are loving the new system . Thank you Eco Home Insulation

My experience with Eco Home Insulation was a very positive one. The people working in my house were polite, friendly and very quick. Also all my texts were replied and all the doubts and problems I had were sorted out. Steff was always ready to hear what I have to say and everything was sorted out. My house is much warmer and my bills have come down. I do recommend Eco Home Insulation.

I recommend

We had Johnny and Eddie complete the whole loft insulation and plastering, it was a huge area to complete. Absolutely brilliant job can’t recommend them enough. Very friendly and easy to approach and ask questions. Left the place spotless after too. Thank you.

Jeff and his team are so helpful and go above and beyond during the whole process. They are respectful of the house and ensure that everything is covered over and clean up afterwards.

The first team to arrive were amazing polite organised and helpful. They kept us informed and worked around us very well They were considerate and treated our property and belongings with respect. They covered our carpets flooring and furniture with special sticky plastic sheets and dust sheets. As well as this they tidied up after themselves and were super with our puppy. They worked hard long hours and would recommend John ,Carl and William to anyone. Thanks so much for sending this team we are really happy with the work.

Such a great service! Rob done an excellent job and was very professional throughout. His workmanship in carpentry was 10/10. He always contacted us, to let us know when he was coming. And always gave us a run though, when he was leaving. He went above and beyond and we are so very grateful.

The men that worked at my flat were very polite and nothing was too much trouble for them , as I’m a widow. They cleaned up after themselves and not many workmen do that these days , you come highly recommended.

The Joiner, Robert has done fantastic work in my house, I highly recommend him. Even the engineer from the National Grid said that I was very lucky to have used Eco Home Insulations for the grant work and especially to have Robert's expertise. Thank you for your great work, my house looks really good. Jacqui Thomas

Great, Rob the joiner was far and above all angles of his job. His work is excellent. Thank you

Rob Carr was very polite, worked professionally a with a high quality of work. He went above and beyond & I would highly recommend him and is an asset to the firm. He had an eye for detail and left the workstation clean and spotless I would happy recomend this company as there standard is very high from the joinery department Mrs and Mr smith Thankyou rob once again

We had a full home installation, including insulation system, re-plumbing, solar panels and air source heat pump. While the whole process was disruptive, it was over quickly. the plasters (John & his team) , plumbers (Dave & Brad), electricians (James & Luke, Ian, & Matty, Ryan) and the carpenter/joiner, Rob and all the other trades were absolutely fantastic, they were all very skilled and professional. They were thoughtful and asked permission at every stage of the work . I would highly recommend. And the bonus is we have a fantastic warm home that is now green. Thank you all

from start to finish this company was excellent they were clean and tidy and workmanship a very high standard Ian the plumber and his team were amazing id recommend this company to anyone that wants a hard working and caring team we would like to specially thank Robert the joiner who kindly worked during his time off to come and box of the new boiler and eclectic cupboard his work was fantastic and second to none we highly the joiner and plumbing teams many thanks from myself and my father well done echo homes installation Stephen Earp

Very poor experience. First the surveyor was late, messed about with the appointment. After that we waited weeks, we were told "we'll be looking at your survey results sooon, usually about 3 weeks" So called at 3 weeks "oh it says here it was cancelled" so corrected them on that "we're still looking at the survey results" Roll on another few weeks when I chased them again only to be told "oh yeah we can't offer anything so that's why we've not been in touch" Long and short, if you want to deal with a company that offers zero customer service, especially of they can't earn off you, then these are your guys (steer clear)

The wall insulation and plastering team were brilliant, worked quickly, efficiently and skillfully. Were considerate of our needs and had a great rapport with us, their attention to detail in terms of customer service was outstanding. Their plastering was second to none. Well done A team, so glad we had you guys - Jamie, Paul and Kian, thank you ever so much

Great service, very friendly and respectful. They used covers which kept the house nice and clean. Would highly recommend!!

Very friendly customer focussed service. Highly skilled workmen, ensure customer satisfaction before job completed. Very friendly and accommodating and flexible. Excellent service.

Lovely people done a fantastic job for us Can't believe the difference it had made to our house and the cost of out bills have gone down. Would recommend anyone to have this done.

I used this company to insulate my loft, from point of contact it was very professionally handled. The guys came and quickly completed the job with minimal mess. Best of all it was free!! Would fully recommend. Thank you
