I contacted Simon Barker Services after receiving no contact from other companies through trust a trader. I was acting on behalf of an elderly neighbour who had recently been widowed. Bradley attended and quoted for the complete strip out and replacement of a system originally installed in the 50’s. Bradley was extremely professional and had a very gentle approach immediately putting my neighbour at ease. His team turned up the following week to begin the install, the whole team were warm and friendly and the works were carried out to a high standard. I would have no hesitation in using Simon Barker in my own home or recommending them to any family or friends. Great job all round guys thank you.

Prompt friendly and very efficient. My husband has dementia so I was not able to be with them all the time. Also our Doberman Rocco was always present and they dealt with him in a perfect way .Thankyou.

Our bathroom was changed, the cleanliness and quality was second to none. The workmen were friendly and explained everything they were doing. Thank you for restoring our faith in workmen after 2 years of being let down by local tradesmen!

Good job in moving my pipework above ground and fitting a new tap, friendly plumbers carried out the work, just wish tidying up when finished was a bit better... overall satisfied with their work

Had a replacement boiler, new radiator and associated pipe work fitted over the last two days by Bradley & Sean, very pleased with the work and we are nice and toasty now having had two weeks without any heating. They changed a few things around with there appointments to accommodate my problem and I would like to thank them very much for doing this, especially before Christmas as we have got family here. The quality of work was great, minimal mess, and disruption nothing was too much trouble and I would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting a professional company to carry out any heating and plumbing installations. Thank You and you have made our Christmas much more comfortable than it could of been..

Brad and Hayden removed our existing heating system and installed a new boiler, the necessary new pipe work and gas connections. Fantastic work, neat and tidy, professional, kept to the estimated timeline and both very nice guys. I would highly recommend this company’s services.

Thank you for installing the new boiler and returning to balance the system and work through the teething problems until the new system was fully working. Appreciated the friendliness of the staff and their patience in explaining how everything worked. On the last night of the installation Reese stayed until past 8pm to try and complete the work. We have used the company to service the old boiler for many years so they were the obvious choice to install the replacement. A relief to be warm and toasty again. Would definitely recommend the company. Thank you

We have used Simon Barker a couple of times now. First ro renovate our cloakroom and secondly to refurbish our bathroom. Must say, that we had the same team both times and they were excellent. A couple of hiccups in the cloakroom, but quickly sorted. The workmanship and cleanliness was superb - could not do enough for you. Colin

The engineers were friendly and considerate to us working at home and customer service was excellent, especially in getting to us more quickly when the heating problem left us without electricity. got leaking on scale reducer (nothing wrong with a boiler) they came changed it and ... lock off the boiler coz it was too danger to use. for half hour job they send me £144 bill to pay. thing is the other engineer two days later j on my boiler and its working as it was before for £70. never ever!!!
