One reviewer said an engineer carried out their yearly service in a timely and professional way and gave useful advice. Another reported that when their commercial boiler had problems, an engineer came out, found the issue and ordered parts for next-day delivery. A reviewer also said fitters were professional and polite during a kiln installation. One reviewer criticised the business’s irrigation offering and named a competitor as better, and another complained about parking.
Very helpful sraff and very knowledgable .
Superb service! I enquired as to whether Glen Farrow offer kiln drying services in addition to sales of equipment. I spoke with a really lovely chap called David, who despite not being able to kiln dry my timber, offered other thoughts and ideas to solve my problem. To be given time when a sale was not even in consideration was very refreshing in this day and age. Many thanks David!
Staff are very helpful and have everything you need for commercial plumbing/irrigation.
These are experts in their field, used them now for 11 years, amazing service and super amazing fitters. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
A Glenfarrow service engineer came to our place of work today. (Fellgate firewood, Prudhoe, NE42 6NP) Carried out our yearly service in a very timely and professional manner, the engineer gave great advice going forward, was helpful on the questions we had. And complimentary on how well we looked after our boiler and setup.
Extremely happy with the Biomass Boiler, and the aftercare and service the team provides, most helpful.
Excellent service from all of the Glen Farrow team, a pleasure to have working on site.

Great service
We’re extremely impressed with Glen Farrow and their biomass boiler services. From the first enquiry to installation and aftercare, the team have been knowledgeable, professional and easy to work with!
Friendly helpful people who are very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend for general plumbing as well as for biomass boilers.👍
Great service, very efficient as always and charming staff.
Great company that we enjoy working with. We had some issues with our commercial boiler, instead waiting to sort it on our scheduled annual service day, they sent an engineer, figured out the issue, ordered the parts for next day delivery and confirmed that they would fix it as soon as the replacement part arrives. Despite this is at the end of October - their busiest time of the year.
Great Service from Paul and Steven. Very helpful and knowledgeable when they came to service our kiln.
Always helpful when contacted and servicing carried out routinely.
Very happy with the service from GlenFarrow. They are always prompt, tidy and helpful
If you want irrigation then Hortech are a lot better and you won't be greeted by Kevin's supercilious smirk if you have a problem
Not very good at parking...
Brilliant service, very quick response. Very helpful. Will use again.
Fantastic place. For all your plumbing, hydraulic and power needs.
Jake came out to my house last Friday, he was really helpful and kind. He was respectful to my house, took his shows off at the door and got on with the job! Really lovely bloke, knowledgeable and great service. Thanks Glen Farrow!
