One reviewer says Inyo Energy took far too long to resolve multiple snags because of layers of subcontracting, that no project manager was ever on site, that they had to resolve a leak themselves, and that reimbursing some outstanding money took far too long. Another reviewer reports the job ran over schedule but otherwise went perfectly, and that when a leak appeared Inyo Energy sent a plumber immediately, at 8pm. That reviewer reports the air source heat pump has run for four months with no issues, plenty of hot water and a cosy home. A third reviewer, whose heating failed after their original installer let them down, says Matt and Steve were fantastic in helping source and fix the fault in midwinter, and recommends Inyo Energy to anyone with a heat pump.

I cannot recommend INYO based on my experience. Multiple snags took far too long to resolve because of various layers of subcontracting and a lack of project manager ever being 'on site', with us having to resolve a leak ourselves. Reimbursement of some outstanding money also took far too long.

Job ran over schedule, but otherwise went perfectly; we had a leak in the system, but Inyo sent a plumber immediately to find and fix it (at 8pm). We've now had our ASHP installed and running for 4 months with no issues, just plenty of hot water when required, and a nice cosy home.

We contacted Inyo after our original installer let us down when our heating failed. Matt and Steve have been fantastic in helping us source the fault and fixing it in the middle of winter. Very much appreciated and we will be using them as our preferred company from now on. I recommend them to anyone with a heat pump.
