Eco-Lectrical Services Ltd

I have used eco electrical several times now as a landlord for minor and major works and have found them to be very professional and easy to communicate with. I would have no reservations about recommending them and will continue to use them going forward

Eco-lectrical have supported me with work at two properties in Oxford. On each occasion they’ve been quick to respond, arrived on time, completed the work as agreed, been thoughtful about turning the supply off and competitively priced.

Eco Electrical were speedy in getting my appointment booked in and the staff are very friendly too. This did a great job.

Friendly and professional team. Matt surveyed our needs, Sean carried out a wide range of work (including two consumer units, heat pump, UFH controls, first fix lighting and complex light switching), and Dawn handled booking and billing. All efficiently done at a competitive price. Highly recommended.

They came when they said they would, they did what we expected! The electrician was exceptionally pleasant and always happy to explain anything we wanted. Extremely professional and competent. Five stars…all GOLD!

Would recommend and use again! Dawn was great to liaise and arrange with, very thoughtful, helpful and professional. Electrician (Dan) was also great, efficient, polite, clean, professional. Couldn't recommend more. Also v reasonably priced.

Eco-lectrical installed hardwired smoke and heat alarms in my rental property and were highly efficient and professional throughout. They explained everything clearly, completed the work quickly and carefully, and even made sure the cat did not escape from the apartment while they were working! I was very impressed by their professionalism, attention to detail, and caring approach. Highly recommended.

Sean from Eco-Lectrical Services investigated a number of electrical issues at my home, and quickly and efficiently diagnosed and fixed the problems. He was very professional and polite and kept me informed at all times on progress. I was very happy with the work and would definitely recommend Eco-Lectrical Services.

Have used Eco-lectrical twice now. Once at my house, and once at a flat I rent out. Both times they were quick to respond, efficient, effective, friendly and all at a reasonable cost. Would happily recommend them to anyone

I approached eco-lectrical services Ltd as a local company to undertake some lighting replacements in my house. They were immediately responsive to my enquiry, visited the house promptly and undertook the work in a neat tidy fashion. Indeed, the electrician who visited our house was charm itself! I wouldn’t hesitate to use Eco lectrical services limited again.

We employed Eco-electrical Services Ltd to diagnose and fix a fault with our under-cupboard strip lights. One side had stopped working. They are controlled by the lightwave system on an app. Lightwaverf (who were also excellent) recommended them and we managed to get an appointment promptly. The technician arrived at 8 a.m. and was gone by 9 a.m. having diagnosed and fixed the fault there and then. He also explained what the fault was. Would use again.

Very prompt service and a very friendly and professional group of engineers and front desk staff. Highly recommended.

I was recommended this company by our letting agent, we needed someone to provide an electrical safety report for us. Communication was swift and efficient and the inspection and remedial work as well as an extra job of fitting an extractor fan in the bathroom was carried out quickly, tidily and to a very high standard. Will definitely be using them for any future electrical work.

Having a company like Eco-Lectrical, that you know will keep the lines of communication open and on going, as and when required, is of the highest importance. Without communication no building project can run smoothly, on time and in budget. Matt, Craig and their team of engineers are first class with their work ethic, including when they say they will be attending site. This means we all know what is happening and when, there are no disappointed clients, with timelines slipping away. This brings a calm to any project in hand. They are professional in everything that they do and always show a depth of consideration for all parties involved, in each project. Whether that be the main contractor, the end user or the neighbouring properties and environment. We have found the cooperation of the engineers to be immensely important. They give us and the client a run through of what works that are to take place, and are also very good at adapting as a project unfolds, whether there is an unseen hurdle to overcome, or when a client chooses to add in extras, that they hadn’t considered at the start of the project. Flexibility is a critical part of any successful business. I would be prepared to recommend them to anyone within the industrial, for the full spectrum of works undertaken, from small electrical works, home extensions, new build houses and larger projects, both in private and commercial sectors. They are an outstanding company to deal with. Paul Prior, Acute Carpentry/Acute Homes

This is the second time I have used eco-lectical Services, the first occasion was to fit an electric car charger and recently to fit a new consumer unit (fuse box). I find the company excellent in every aspect of the service they provide. Dawn in the office whose helpfulness and communication is brilliant. Adam who installed the item is a100 % professional, very courteous, and thorough. I would whole heartedly recommend eco-lectrical Services and will definitely use them for any future electrical work I may have.

Excellent staff, very friendly and professional, great workmanship too. So pleased with their work on our home.

I have Eco-lectrical Services twice now and I can’t fault them. Very professional and able to fit me in short notice.

We needed a light fitting onto a shed. The eco-lectrical engineer was helpful, fitted the light nicely, and left the area very neat at the end. Thank you eco-lectrical!

My go to electricians, always happy to help with any job from changing thermostats to assisting with external lighting.

Very quick to resolve problem

We are very pleased with the service received from Eco Electrical Ltd. They came the same day and were very professional with their help. We would certainly recommend this company to anyone. The employee that came was very pleasant and explained everything to us. Nothing was too much trouble for him.

All good. I'm very happy to recommend eco-lectrical who have been there to help us on several occasions over the last few years. Friendly, local and reliable.

Eco-lectrical Services provided a professional and efficient service. They managed to identify the source of the problem and went to a local supplier to acquire the necessary replacement parts to be able to rectify the problem. I was very impressed by their professional service. I was kept informed of the appointment and they were on time. I would not hesitate to recommend them for all electrical issues

I've used Eco-lectrical for EICR work over the last few years and I would highly recommend their services. Very efficient, friendly and always great communication.

We'd previously had Eco-lectrical do the electrics for our kitchen refurb and were very happy. I had a problem with light failures on one circuit. They came quickly, very responsive, and sorted the problem out. Good value also. I'd be happy to use them again.

Eco-Lectrical have recently fitted out our new industrial unit with lighting and power at Endeavor Engineering Ltd. They are a very professional company that have a great eye for detail. We have already asked them for their services again on another project and we will continue to use them in the future. I would recommend these guys to anyone who wants a great electrical job done.

We were 100% satisfied with eco-electrical! Matt and Craig are smart, competent, personable and willing to go the extra mile to meet client needs. They installed a Electronic Vehicle charger for us and did the work of the grant application all in a timely and efficient manner. They had to dig through our garden and feed the line a long way under a very old hedge. I thought there would be some significant damage and that we would have to do landscape repair but it was almost imperceptible. By the end of the work day you could not tell they had been there. Really a great job. They were always there to answer our questions and help. I recommend them without hesitation. These guys will be our go-to electricians always. So wonderful to find someone you really trust and like.

The control panel for the heating and hot-water control and timings was incorrectly and unsafely wired by a previous electrician. The problem was well-explained and the remedial work carried out to my satisfaction. A more up-to-date control panel was installed. He re-wired the underfloor heating manifold and replaced the old underfloor heating thermostat and control with a more up-to-date model. The electrician was prompt, courteous and professional; he was considerate as he worked in the house and his work was tidy. Everything was well explained and he offered to come back if I found anything unclear. I authorised him to carry out the fairly major work needed. It would have been even better if he could have given an estimate of how long the work was likely to take, and an estimate of the cost, in advance but I appreciate that might not have been possible and in fairness I didn't ask. It's hard to find a good electrician and I would recommend Eco-Lectrical to others.

Excellent service; can't fault the quality, neatness and friendliness of this team of very professional electricians who did quite a bit of work at our house recently. Nothing was too much trouble and we are really pleased with the new lights and sockets they installed.

Very friendly and excellent service.
