The Charge Pod Company

What a great friendly company to deal with. Say no more - but I will! Contacted Rob about an EV charger installation at home. He came around quickly, identified what we needed and set about clearing the work with National Grid - our older house required fuse uprating. He quoted quickly and agreed to proceed the following week. Meanwhile National Grid also said they would carry out necessary works within days - at no cost to us! The installation went very smoothly. Rob's fitters were very efficient and polite and the job only took a few hours. Overall we are very pleased with the job and can recommend this company.

Great communication, charger was fitted within a week of the very competitive quote. Rob was professional and very easy to deal with and did a great job of the installation. Would definitely recommend.

Contacted Rob in the morning, he came round that afternoon quoted me for the job booked me in and turned up on time and completed every single job I asked for. Also fitted a smoke alarm I never had in my garage. Very good price. Excellent service will definitely be using you again and will definitely be recommending you. Even turned up in the snow. Great lads

Choosing an EV charger installer can be daunting, but I struck gold with Rob! From his initial visit to providing a very reasonable quote after discussing my specific needs, I knew I was in good hands. The installation day itself was a scorcher, with tremendous summer heat, but Rob tackled the job with incredible professionalism and a positive attitude. He did an absolutely brilliant job, guiding me through every step of the installation process and patiently explaining how to use the app. He even left the site spotlessly clean! I'm thrilled with my new EV charger and can't recommend Rob highly enough. If you're looking for a top-notch installer who goes above and beyond, look no further!

Had an EV charger transferred to the new house. Both the removal and installation went smoothly, looks great and very professional. Will definitely contact Charge Pod first for future jobs given the positive experience.

Fantastic service from Rob from start to finish, really good communication, very tidy when working, nothing too much trouble. Our Hypervolt charger is great

Brilliant service from start to finish, very helpful and able to answer any queries. Very reasonable price and couldn't be more happy with service I received- highly recommend!

We had the Charge Pod Company supply and install an Ohmi home Pro EV charger at our home. Rob came and surveyed the job and then provided me with a quote for the work needed, he also contacted National Grid as we required a fuse upgrade and isolation switch installed. Rob and Tom did an excellent job of what was a tricky job due to the meter and electrics being in a small under stairs cupboard in the middle of the house. To make a tidy job of it, the cable needed to run under the upstairs floor through the joists supporting the floor. A quality job by professional friendly people.

Got in touch for help getting an EV charger installed at our home, Rob was great and quickly got us booked in for the install the following week. Tom & his apprentice came for the install and got us all sorted despite facing a lot of issues with our charger and mains supply, even upgraded our bonding for us. Overall a great experience, amazing customer service, reasonable and transparent pricing, would highly recommend these guys.

We arranged for Rob to install our Easee charger during our moving house process, but due to issues in the chain we were delayed a number of times. When we finally got a confirmed date, Rob and his assistant attended within a week of us moving and have done a fantastic job on the installation. When Rob and his asssitant arrived, they were both very polite, and we talked through the work to be done and the position of the charger with ease. Both of them worked well together and the work was very neat, and it is clear to see that they really do care about their work, and especially their attention to all the small details. All the required DNO notices were completed, and an emailed invoice and warranty were provided by email within a day or so after the installation. Alround, we really cannot say enought to recommend Rob and the team for the great work that they have done for us, and the approach and attidute taken. Great work & thanks.

Great service from rob and the team, would not hesitate recommending the charge pod ,thanks guys

The Charge Pod Company installed a ZAPPI v2 EV charger. It was easy to deal with Rob and get a quote and advice on the installation process and any pre work that needed to be carried out. The installation was an excellent job and tested. A small deviation from the quote was quickly and satisfactory dealt with. Highly recommended.

From my first contact with Rob for a quote for a charging station to the actual installation the service has been first class. To the advice given & the price has been good. Would recommend this company to any one.

Highly recommend! Rob was great throughout. After a phone call, he came to see the property the same day and went through all of my charge options. As someone who knows nothing about this, his knowledge and expertise was appreciated! Rob is a true professional, completed the job to a very high standard, great communication. I'm really pleased with the fit, looks smashing and all for a competitive price.

Excellent job replacing an old charger. Also a complete new consumer unit and cooker circuit. Recommended.

I had an EV charger installed by Charge Pod Company and the experience was fantastic. The team was professional, efficient, and friendly. The installation was quick and hassle-free, and they ensured I understood how everything worked. Excellent local business – highly recommended!

I would throughly recommend the charge pod company to anyone who is in need of a home car charger

Rob from The Charge Pod Company, arrived on time, fitted the EV point as requested and in a timely fashion, he demonstrated how the app worked and made sure the unit was charging the car correctly. Everything was left clean and tidy when he left. I have no hesitation in recommending to anybody who may need an EV point fitted. All round excellent service. Well done Steve

We had a Pod point Solo 3 installed and from start to finish it was a good experience conducted by professional people. They were very competitive on price and Tom installed the appliance without any fuss and left no waste or mess behind. Rob was the front of house guy who came out to quote and I have to say was very pleasant and polite and the price he quoted was the price we paid , and at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend using the Charge Pod Company Ltd.
