Doctor Electric Ltd

Excellent service from Dean. Was on time, friendly and got on with the jobs. Highly recommend him

Dean has done work for both me and my family for a few years! His work is completed to a very high standard and he is honest, trustworthy and a pleasure to deal with. I even left him in my house doing a job, whilst I took out my pooch. What a luxury to have such faith! Thanks Dean!

Have used Dean before for our rental properties and were very happy with his work so had some exterior lights replaced at our own home and very pleased with his advice work ethic and result

I phoned Dean in the morning after the Bank Holiday and he came the same day in the afternoon. Kept his promise and texted to let me know, he was, on his way. Very professional from start to finish. Reassured me and offered some good advice. Will not hesitate in recommending him to friends and family and will definitely be using him again in the future.

Another excellent job by Doctor Electric installing electrics, taking from the house into my summer house, and fitting sockets, lights etc. As always , a very professional job. I can’t recommend him highly enough.

Highly recommend Dean Great service Good price Good value for money Very clean and tidy

Brilliant electrician! Dean is polite, flexible and hard working. He left the areas very tidy and clean afterwards as well as agreeing to a few other small jobs whilst here, which we were very grateful for. We would definitely book Doctor Electric again!

Quick, friendly, got the job done. Left after fixing the switches and quickly came back when we realised we had another issue. Had no problem helping us, lovely to deal with

Thank you Dean for the amazing work you have done for us. Your standard of work is brilliant, always keeping us informed. Honesty to ensure we got value for money. We will certainly use your business again.

Great communication and excellent service.

Fittedspot lights and a pendant. Did a lovely job. Clean and tidy. Friendly and polite

Brilliant service from Dean at Doctor Electric. We lost all power supply, messaged Dean explaining the situation. 45 minutes later he had identified the problem was the supply into the electric meter outside, he called the National Grid emergency line for me, to get one of their engineers out to sort it.

Fantastic service, I needed an oven connecting at very short notice and Dean was able to do it the same day. Great communication on arrival time and he was punctual and professional. Thankyou.

Massive thank you to Dean from Doctor Electric who came out the same day to fix my downstairs shower as I’ve just had an op that means I can’t get upstairs. Definitely recommend, very friendly guy

Excellent service, showed up quickly and the good Doctor can fix old tech/appliances which modern companies can't anymore. 100% recommended.

Amazing service. Friendly, competitively priced. Definatly recommended 5*

Great service, would highly recommend

Top man…

Very efficient service. New integrated oven connected and working. Thank you.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Doctor Electric. Sent out text reminders of appointment, sent a text on the day saying how far he was away. Arrived on time - all things I like. Did the work that he said he would and all was tested.

I contacted Doctor Electric for help with fault finding on some synchronised light switches and the installation of some additional switches. I also had a new double plug socket installed. Very helpful, friendly and professional service all round. Would highly recommend.

Dean has been fantastic at coming out, tracking down multiple problems and sorting them out.

Dean was professional at all times and kept us informed on all aspects of the work. I would happily use Dean again.

Fast and efficient service. Excellent communication, highly recommended

Brilliant service! We had a fault leaving us without heating or hot water. Dean responded promptly and attended the same day. He demonstrated great knowledge and competence, performing thorough and efficient testing. He also implemented a temporary workaround, ensuring we had heating and hot water until we can schedule a permanent fix. Highly recommended!

Great prompt friendly polite service, would certainly recommend Dean to others.

Amazing service

Absolutely outstanding! Fast response time and excellent value - this is a number I am holding on to!! Would 100% recommend

My Mum made a call to Doctor Electric on a Sunday afternoon and Chris came out to sort the problem within half an hour. Very helpful and courteous. Will keep his number for any future electrical issues. Thankyou

Dean was prompt and efficient. Would definitely use again!

First time needed to call an Electrician. Dean responded to my message, when others didn't. He came out with in 24 hours, keeping me informed of his ETA too. Issue resolved quickly and now feel assured we are safe. Dean was friendly, thorough and professional. Will definitely recommend!

This is the first time I have used Dean and called him out due to an electrical fault. He responded very quickly to my initial enquiry and talked me through an initial diagnosis to get the power back on. He then attended the following day and managed to track down the problem. Excellent service.

I thoroughly recommend Dean - he is completely dependable, and does an excellent job to the price quoted. I would always use him for any electrical work I need doing.

I’ve been so impressed with the whole experience of using this firm. It’s been so easy and professional - it’s the simple things that mean so much - turning up on time, doing exactly what is asked for . I would highly recommend

We've booked Dean out in March after a long wait, but not to the fault of either parties I can see a lot of people do need electrical work needing to be done. I would happily use his services again as he has done a clean and professional install of my Reolink video doorbell I've ordered myself, and my outdoor porch light which I also supplied. He has also gone the extra mile to advise and use his own screws supplied as the manufactourer's supplied have been naff before. It also was a bonus that there was a non obligation free quote. I went ahead because the price in the current climate was more than fair! Very happy with the result and price for both works to be carried out. Miles better than how I'd deal with it. Thank you!

After using Dean previously we wanted to use him again for another electrical job, however I am fuming with him for booking us in weeks ago to then cancel at the last minute and ask to use someone else. Will not be using his services again.

Contacted via the nn4 traders Facebook page. Came back to me very quickly and arranged a time. Good communication and was punctual. Very knowledgeable and completed the kitchen job to a very good standard. I then asked for a quote for an outside socket and again was bang on time and completed to a high standard. Dependable and professional tradesman 100% recommend. My wife is already looking for other jobs for Dr Electric to complete around the house.

Excellent service from quote to installation. Estimate given was stuck to, his work is neat and tidy, we had LED Down lights fitted to bathroom. Dr Electric supplied a brand I am aware of that have a good Range of features and I know to be excellent quality. Remedial work to ceiling to repair holes left by old fittings is also of a high standard. We also had a customer supplied outside socket fitted which had been fitted with care. ( well positioned and straight on the wall)

Called when I had a problem with my downstairs lights. He arrived quickly, diagnosed and solved the problem in minutes, and was very tidy, polite and professional. Thoroughly recommended.

Whenever I have an idea for a new lightning installation, the first person that comes into my mind is Doctor Electric. He has installed downlights to most the rooms in my house, a full LED kickboard and kitchen underlight installation that looks amazing and get's positive comments each time someone comes over to visit and has also replaced several pendant light fittings throughout the house. So, why do I always call him? Quite simply because of the service he offers and good value for money. He is polite, friendly, tidy and always offers a variety of suggestions as to how the installation could be completed. It goes without saying that I will be always using the Doctors services when it comes to anything electrical and recommend you do to.

Excellent, thorough and reassuring service from a gentleman with good attention to detail. Fully Covid secure. Highly recommended.
