One reviewer says Vale Electrical fixed their elderly parents' sockets quickly on a very hot day and gave advice. Several customers describe the company as professional, reliable and polite, and some say they would recommend it. Reviewers also report punctual, tidy workers who do a good job, with some mentioning fair prices and quality products. One reviewer says Andy tracked down why their garage lights had stopped working and fixed the problem quickly, while another says Lewis dealt with a complex problem and came out on a Saturday to work around their opening times. One customer says the work was very fast with excellent prices, and another says they have used Vale Electrical many times and recommended it to friends.
I rang in a panic as all my elderly parents sockets weren't working (no fans, fridge, freezer on the hottest day of the year so far). Fixed instantly and advice given. Huge relief. Highly recommend.
Good reliable local company. Would definitely recommend.
The company is very efficient and professional one shall definitely recommend Vale Electrical.
Praise where praise is due! And by the bucket load too!! Spencer Contact Charity had a problem with electrics. We rang Andy as he had been recommended to us. He answered and I explained the situation. He came round after he'd finished on the job he was on and rectified the problem. We have since used Andy and his team to do various jobs. He is always punctual, quotes fair, cleans up at the end, does a fab job, uses quality products and has a great sense of humour! Would highly recommend this company.
Highly recommend this company really polite people very fast work excellent prices definitely going to use them again A+++++

Andy did an amazing job in tracking down why our garage lights stopped working. Sadly another electrician had not done their job properly!! Andy fixed the problem quickly. I highly recommend him
We have used Andy and his team at Vale Electrical for both our home, business premises and business clients, their work is first class and reasonably priced. We continue to use Vale Electrical so it goes without saying we would highly recommend them.
Andy from Vale has helped us massively for electrical work, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. They were professional, on time, and efficient. The job was done safely, and they left everything clean and tidy. Great person and great service what more could you ask for.
Lewis has been amazing. Came and dealt with a really complex problem whilst working around our opening times. Came out on a Saturday which meant we could open, otherwise we would've been closed. He saved us and we're extremely grateful. 5 star service. Top quality job.
My 1st go to company for any electrical needs, always very caring and has come to my rescue on several occasions. I highly recommend this company, brilliant customer service and good quality work.
First class service from the guys at Vale. Went above and beyond to help us. Excellent from start to finish. Thank you
Called Vale Electrical as we had lost all power to house. Answered straight away, I advised the issue, and with 15 minutes Andy was at our house. Andy reviewed the situation and immediately diagnosed the fault. Andy made arrangements for the issue to be resolved. Very polite gentleman, no fuss, honest and forward. I will definitely be contacting Andy (Vale Electrical) in the near future.
