Really helpful good bloke

Alex was incredible in communication from the first phone call. I sent him my current light fixture and the one I wanted fitted. He agreed he was able to do the job and gave me a quote. After I agreed, Alex sent me a time and date as I wanted the job as soon as possible. Alex was available which was perfect for me. On the day he sent me a courtesy text to say he was on his way, for someone who appreciates details like that , this was perfect. He was also the only electrician I contacted that sent me an invoice for the job! He was so lovely and got straight to work which is exactly what I wanted. Definitely recommend his work! See below for my previous fixture which was outdated and catching so much dust. Now I have this gorgeous beautiful modern fixture! It’s stunning! Many thanks Ikran

Diagnosed and rectified car charging issue over the phone (and forfeited his own call out fee). With less and less genuine good people in the world I think this situation would be hard to come by again. Really grateful, enjoy the beers! Antony

Even though it was only through Phone call and WhatsApp chat, he took the time to guide me step by step, quickly helping me identify the issue — and he didn’t charge anything for his help. It’s rare to find someone so honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely willing to help.
