Excellent service and workmanship. On time, moved the ceiling rose and fitted the new light fitting without any issues and then cleaned up (little hoover!). Will use them again.

Aidan, who owns the company is a lovely guy and I was happy to contract with him to renew the electrics in my house as part of my refurbishment. Unfortunately, Aiden doesn’t actually carry out the work himself but sends in some of his team. My experience of the team is that they are competent electricians but are poorly trained in customer care and some of them are rude, arrogant and have extremely poor communication skills. After, one of the team swore at me I should have terminated the contract but Aiden apologised and allocated other electricians to the job who did listen and were a significant improvement. Unfortunately, yet another electrician who was covering for a colleague also had what can only be described as a tantrum when something didn’t go the way he wanted. Aiden apologised once again but from talking to other trades, it appears his staffs poor attitude is nothing new and has not been adequately addressed. The staff involved need retraining and if they can’t or won’t improve they need to be sacked. I can’t recommend this company. Stay well clear.
