Excellent! From making my first enquiry to the install being completed was a great and pleasent experience. Richard came to quote and quickly came back to me with a price and installation date. Jason came to do the install and was extremely polite, professional and respectful of our property and kept me informed along the way. We had a Zappi installed - it is really easy to use and looks neat on the wall Would definately recommend. Thank you EV Camel
Probably the worse charging platform. App is just the website. Website doesn't work well. Impossible to sign up. Chargers impossible to find out unavailable.
First class customer service. From initial contact to signing the contract within the same day and installation completed within one week. Happy customer 😁
Contacted EV about a home charger and from the very beginning everything was handled very well. The office staff were extremely helpful and the installation was very professionally done. Many thanks. James Walker.
Carl fitted my ev car charging unit in the rain and was still smiling at the end. A very professional installation and the tutoring on using the unit was very informative. I would strongly recommend that you contact Natasha as she was very helpful and very understanding if the different products. Top marks to EV Camel. Thank you.
Top banana. Highly recommended. Great service. Well priced. Good communication.
Excellent service from start to finish. Could not recommend this company enough. Would not hesitate to use them again. Brilliant!!
Great service from start to finish, been trying to get a charging point for our electric vehicles put in since 2016, got told about this company end of last year, they came out and talked me though what would be best for our garage, we agreed on where it would go and a very good price, and the charging point was in beginning of March. There was no messing about the 2 guys who came and fitted was great and when they had finished tidied up. Could not fault them at all. Thank you EV Camel for the great service.
Initial rearrangement of the appointment was necessary due to covid, however a very friendly and professional service throughout. Excellent and swift communication, very helpful throughout.
Genuinely outstanding service. Jason my engineer arrived on the button and explained everything that he was doing. Efficient, direct and humorous , everything you want in someone working on your property. EV Carmel as a company were superb not the cheapest but at the end of the day you pay for quality and thats exactly what I got. If I ever move again........Keep up the good work folks.
Admin and installation were both done with professionalism and promptness. The Electrician who installed the charger did a great job, was obliging and explained everything fully. EV Camel come with a very strong recommendation from me. Thanks very much.
Installation of EV charger. Happy to have found a great local company. Very good service from initial enquiry, sending of quote and recommended unit, booking installation and actual installation. Installation is very neat and tidy and good explanation of how to use the unit. Would happily recommend this company, everything was just perfect.
