Wave Electrical Solutions Ltd

Applied to Wave for a new front door bell . I have had several bells and all have failed. After a chat about my needs and admitting my advanced age , we agreed to proceed ! On enquiring about the cost , I was told there would be no charge . There was NO catch and the job was done efficiently and to my complete satisfaction ! Thank you Wave for restoring my faith in some businesses! Michael L . Saltash

Many thanks to all the team at Wave 1st class job completed on our new kitchen rewiring all the new appliances and sockets Thank you Nigel

I chose Wave Electrical Solutions. As they were prompt at contacting me back through email. Followed by a phone call. To arrange a video call so they could see what they needed to fix and make it neat .the work they did was great I would recommend them as they actually turn up and on time very helpful and get on with the job at hand 10 out of 10

I found wave electrical solutions on Checkatrader. From start to finish they provided a great service. The job was evaluated via video link by Kieran and a quote provided the same day. The EV charger was installed by Dan on the agreed day and he did a brilliant job. Would definitely use Wave for future electrical work and highly recommend them to others. Chris (Treligga Cornwall)

Wave provided us with a Hypervolt install and upgraded our consumer unit at the same time. Fantastic experience throughout. After a home visit to review our needs a representative provided a full quote with options and comprehensive Ts and Cs. The clear contract gave me a lot of peace of mind. The representative also took the time to explain each option and their associated pros and cons. With a date confirmed, the engineer arrived on time and made quick work of the upgrades. He was polite, efficient, and indulged my many queries about home electrics! He also accommodated my request to hard-wire the Hypervolt into my home network rather than deal with WiFi. Our car is now happily charging overnight on a cheap tariff, and we’re well positioned for adding some home batteries to our setup in future. Very happy with the service, recommended to anyone looking for someone to carry out similar home electrical work.

Kieran and his team did a marvellous job. They were courteous and considerate and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Really happy with the work. Wave did a great job installing our ventilation system and putting up all new light fixings. Would definitely recommend- our house looks great!

Professional, competent and friendly service from start to finish in complex job of moving consumer unit … something we’d put off doing for years for fear of cost and difficulty (in fact, we thought it would be impossible). Thank you Kieran and Charlie.

Both engineers, Charlie and Matt were both on time, friendly, polite and highly professional ,nothing was too much trouble . As far as the admin were concerned they kept us informed. Would highly recommend the company.

Excellent service for my cafe.Always on time and turn up when they say.Completed quite a large electrical project for me and everything was spot on.The guys who worked on our project were all really pleasant and happy to work round us many thanks to kieran and the team would have no hesitation in using or recommending them and thankyou for genuinely help us get our issues sorted.

Great guys, timely and quality work. Recommended electricians.

Top job sorting our shop electrical updates for a new EIC certification.

Needed a replacement car charger, Kieran came out and surveyed the site and answered my questions. Installation followed a couple weeks later at a fair price and the electrician was very professional. Top quality service

Great service! Professional and friendly with a quick response. Pricing was transparent and reasonable. Highly recommended.

I had a requirement for some new light fittings, I mailed many web sites, but only one (wave electrical solutions) bothered to reply, I was asked my requirements and was told a quote would be sent to me! After a short period of time a quote arrived, it was very fair and reasonable for the task that I had, so I accepted it immediately, an acceptable date was suggested for installation which I accepted, on the day the electrician arrived early, reviewed the task and set to work in what to me was a complex double switched installation, two lights were installed, the job was completed in no time to a high standard. I will have no reservation in using Wave electrical solutions again in the future and highly recommend them for customer service and an perfectly acceptable performance throughout this job

Kieran was knowledgeable and friendly when I made my initial enquiry about having an EV charger installed. A detailed and conscientious survey was carried out by Kieran followed up with a tailored quotation including photographs and the subsequent installation by John was tidy and quick. John also provided help setting up the EV charger app and a WiFi extender to boost the signal from router to charger. I couldn’t be more impressed!

Kieran and his team did an excellent job in sorting out our heating. Very reliable, would definitely recommend.

Excellent prompt service, and an extremely efficient and neat installation of a car-charging point. Nothing was too much trouble.

This company is amazing from call to quote and carrying out the work, they were outstanding. The lads were very professional and a pleasure to have around. Our initial job was deemed a simple job, but like all electrical jobs- its only as simple as the last person on the job, moving into a new house, ours was not as simple as first deemed. The lads sorted it out, patiently and professionally - real problem solving with no stress... We would happily use them again and would fully recommend for service and value. Thanks guys!

The team arrived promptly and worked professionally and politely until the work was complete. I would recommend Wave Electrical.

Had a full rewire done excellent service from start to finish! Lovely polite group of lads, definitely know there stuff! On time everyday, tidied up after themselves everyday, they listened to what we wanted regarding cable placement in a very old house with super thick stone walls. Would definitely recommend to anyone having any electrical work done! Reasonably priced as well ! They made a big dusty job a pleasure and minimised the stress .

Great service from quote to finish , new fuse box fitted and all electrics checked even in the attic and garden , the guys were very helpful.

I had a great experience with Wave Electrical Solutions Ltd in St Austell. Kieran came out within a few days of my enquiry to give me a quote, taking detailed notes and offering helpful advice on the installation process. I received the quote the same day, which was very reasonable, and we quickly arranged an installation date for the following week. Matt carried out the work and was absolutely brilliant, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. He installed some pendant lights in my kitchen and added a new outlet to make things easier. Everything went smoothly, and he even took the time to help me reset my dimmer switches, which I really appreciated. I’m very happy with the whole experience and would highly recommend Wave Electrical Solutions Ltd to anyone looking for reliable, professional electricians.

They replaced a light fitting in my porch and I have to say they were very prompt when I made my request and also with the quote. The chap that fitted it was punctual and very polite. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

We recently had Kieran and his team in to upgrade our lighting and bathroom ventilation, and we couldn't be happier with the results! They installed new spotlights in our bathrooms, updated a couple of old light fixtures, and replaced the fans in both bathrooms. The team was punctual, professional, and very respectful of our home. They took the time to explain the work being done, answered all of our questions, and cleaned up thoroughly after each part of the job.

From Kieran looking at the work required, the price, and fitting the Extractor, was second to none. Excellent Customer Service, and brilliant work done by John. Thank you

I had some issues with old worn out sockets and light switches also some wiring needed repairing on the main fuse box. I contacted Wave Electrical in Newquay. They booked me in for a viewing and quote. They are very helpful and took details explaining very clearly in layman's terms ( I have no idea about electrics it works or it doesn't! ) Fixed Quote arrived by email a couple of days later very competitive and reasonable. Booked me in, engineer arrived in good time, job took alittle longer than expected as fixed price no further payment required. Really pleased with result, all looks good and fully working.
