Thomas Brown Electrical Ltd received praise for excellent and professional service in two reviews, and one reviewer reported a couple of jobs completed as expected with fair pricing. One reviewer said a simple job was faulty and took over four days to return and fix it, and that calls went unanswered. Another reviewer reported no communication and emails not being replied to.
Had a couple of jobs done by Thomas Brown team. Both complete as expected with no issues & fair pricing
I can agree with the other reviewer's, Terrible service. I only had a simple job done and had to call them back because it was faulty and took over four days for them to comeback and fix 'their problem' tried to call and no one ever picked up. seems to be a problem with messaging and response. Lucky lots more companies with better feedback. i should of checked.
No communication , don't reply to emails All you get is I'll ring you back or I'll get Dan to ring you they never do get back to you .
