Plug Me In

Absolutely shocking customer service. Plugmein installed my home EV charger and it has stopped working, leaving me completely without a way to charge my car. I’ve called several times and each time I’m promised a call back or that someone will follow up — and nothing ever happens. No updates, no urgency, no accountability. Just empty promises while I’m stuck without a working charger. Installation was very good but sadly, once they’ve installed it, they seem to disappear.

Came out to do the install, but hadn’t had the plug delivered, so said they would come back. That was nearly three weeks ago, and all I’m told is ‘well let you know’. appalling service, don’t go near.

10 weeks trying to get a definitive answer from this company about a cost for non standard installation. Still waiting despite many calls and emails. I would avoid this company and look elsewhere. They constantly blame Lowry Beck for the failings. The whole process is an absolute joke and caused great stress.

Engineers are good quality, but good luck getting through to anyone that knows you have a booking!
