Active Construction Is the Most Reliable, Skilled Builder You Will Ever Find I cannot recommend Active Construction highly enough to everyone looking for building work—whether it’s a small repair, a full home renovation, or a large extension. We hired them for a complete rear house extension and kitchen refit, and the entire experience was nothing short of exceptional. From our first consultation, the team was honest, transparent, and genuinely invested in bringing our vision to life. They provided a clear, detailed quote with zero hidden costs, and stuck strictly to both the agreed budget and timeline—even finishing three days earlier than planned! Every member of the Active Construction crew was punctual, polite, and incredibly skilled. The attention to detail across every stage—brickwork, plastering, electrics, plumbing, and final fittings—was flawless; the finish is far better than we ever imagined. What stood out most was their communication: they updated us daily, answered every question quickly, and resolved any tiny concern immediately without fuss. They also kept the site spotless every single day, minimizing disruption to our family routine as much as possible. It is so rare to find a builder that takes this much pride in their work and truly cares about customer satisfaction. If you want a team you can trust 100% to deliver premium quality, on time, and on budget, look no further than Active Construction. We have already recommended them to all our family, friends, and neighbors, and we will absolutely be using them for every future project. Muhammad irfan

My experience with Active Constructions Ltd has been extremely disappointing. I appointed Muhammad Tabassum as my agent for my extension projects and paid him to deal with the drawings, applications and Building Control matters. Unfortunately, I have since discovered that there are outstanding Building Control fees on one of my applications despite my understanding that these matters had been taken care of. What has been most frustrating is the complete lack of communication. I have made repeated attempts to contact Muhammad Tabassum by telephone, email and message to clarify the situation and obtain the necessary documentation, but I have received no response. As a homeowner trying to obtain final certification for completed building work, being ignored when important issues arise is unacceptable. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this company. If you choose to use their services, I strongly advise obtaining written receipts, keeping detailed records of all payments, and ensuring you receive copies of all applications, calculations and supporting documents. Very disappointing experien
