We had our gas boiler and gas fire serviced recently. The booking process was a little bit tricky but once booked, we received the usual great service from Holly who came to do the work.

Holly was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble and my elderly mother was highly appreciative of the patience and support offered

Very knowledgeable engineers . A good oil service . Since the first review I have had a new boiler; well executed & great care taken with the very fragile roof which needed a new flu. Moving on 6 months , I needed a new sink and taps . Not easy ! Good installation and spotted a mistake I made with the taps I had bought & rectified the plumbing before there was a calamity .

had a heating fault on a Grant Boiler and rang Brad, he came out very very quickly and solved the boiler problem, brought an electrical guy with him to cover all problems they solved it and he had a spare part on his van they are very professional and just charged me for 1 hour i would not use anyone else now. cant recommend enough. Great service. I rang Monday afternoon to say my boiler wasn't working. Holly came round first thing Tuesday morning found the problem, we needed parts but she got the boiler working and was then back on Friday with parts to completely fix the problem. Holly was very efficient explained everything to me.

The plumber fitted inlet and outlet valves to the cold water tank in our loft and was efficient and friendly. The price was good.

I hadn’t used Brad Rogers Group before but was very impressed with the ease with which to get someone booked in to look at a plumbing issue. It was actually Brad who turned up - super helpful in advising me on the issue we have and the way to resolve it. I won’t hesitate in using them for any other work which needs doing. A very good experience from my perspective. UPDATE: I have now used Brad Rogers Group for a number of plumbing and electrical works and am consistently satisfied with the team and the work. I've just had Holly fit a new shower mixer unit and she will be coming back to do some work on our radiators and heating. I can't imagine going anywhere other than Brad Rogers Group now.

Spoke yo Brad about needing a new oil boiler . His quote was competitive ! But more importantly he offered important advice that other plumbers hadn’t , regarding boiler size aswell as warrenty . His came with an extended warranty compared to others . Contacted him lunch time Wednesday as we was without heating and hot water and he got the boiler order delivered and had it fitted and running by afternoon Friday . Working under umbrellas to get us up and running . Will recommend him to anyone looking for any plumbing services . And will be having him back for further works

Boiler broke down on Monday in January, freezing cold. BRG got someone over Tuesday PM, engineer diagnosed the faults and proposed the solution. Quote was received and accepted that day and fix booked and completed within 48 hours. Excellent service from Holly, Brad and the team.

Required our pH level to be balanced follow our annual boiler service by Valliant which wasn’t covered by the service contract. Looked for a local company to provide this service and chose Brad Roger’s Group. Had a few moments booking the service with the AI receptionist but really glad I persisted. Holly carried out the two visits required in an efficient, friendly and effective manner. She kept us informed of what was being done and why. Hi Brad, It was nice to put a face to the name we use when writing an email to you. The shower heat control bar and the dual tops are working very well, much better than I thought they would. The dual tap looks quite smart and doesn't spray everywhere in operation. The shower bar was a big surprise as it only had a quarter turn to turn on fully. Brad and his team did a great job helping us install an upstairs bathroom. The prices were very reasonable and they were always flexible with fitting around our unstable schedule since we are in the middle of a renovation. Holly especially was great!

I highly recommend Brad Rogers group. I had 2 fuse spurs fitted to the consumer unit for a new boiler and emersion, and other minor works. The work was conducted to a high standard and Matt was extremely polite and helpful. What really impressed me was how helpful everyone was; before I agreed to the work Brad explained exactly what I would be charged and I have to say that I definitely got value for money; and afterwards I received all the necessary certificates. I will definitely be using this company again in the future.

Woke to cold water and a a central heating system that was not running. Rang Brad at about 8.45 am after finding his number on Google and by 9.30 am the lovely Holly had turned up to take a look at my boiler. She was very professional and polite and within an hour she had my boiler up and running again. She checked over the whole system, offered plenty of good advice and an explanation of what she had done and witjin a couple of hours i had a quote from Brad for a service orva replacement boiler, mine is about 15 years old. I would highly recommend the Brad Rogers Group and especially Holly for any of your central heating needs!

We had a problem with underfloor heating and had to turn it off - unfortunate timing as it was in middle of the recent cold spell. We contacted the Brad Rogers Group as we were happy with the service we received previously. On this occasion, everything was fixed very quickly and efficiently and we were warm again within a couple of days.

I contacted Brad before Christmas as my electrics kept tripping out. He promptly sent one of his team round that day. Service was excellent and engineer very polite and helpful. He explained the problem and fixed it that morning. I was pleasantly surprised when I received a very reasonable invoice. Will definitely be my go to in the future.

Used recently for a boiler service and to reconfigure bathroom extract fan and extract ducting which had been bodged by a previous tradesman. Very impressed with the responsiveness and all elements of the work. Matt visited today to do the extract work. He was very personable, professional and has done a great job. He explained everything he was about to do and showed me when he’d finished. Worked efficiently and left everything clean and tidy. Very pleased to have found such a good local firm.

The combi boiler had been playing up for a while. I’d been repeatedly let down with either no shows or jobs half done. A message was left and I was contacted and booked in for the following day. Turned up when said they would. Within minutes the boiler was dismantled and it was very clear this person knew everything about these. Lots of parts were needed and so much stock in his van. I swear within two hours it was more or less rebuilt! One part had to be done later and I received a message about coming to do it. Same thing given a time etc. The boiler has never worked so efficiently. I cannot recommend this company highly enough

Engineer was friendly and helpful in sorting out the cause of our boiler lockout. They are very professional and offer a great level of service. Would have no hesitation in using them again.

Asked for a quote for two jobs - first smaller job came back over £150 more expensive than two other quotes, and I never got a response on the bigger job. Disappointed with customer service. Obviously cannot comment on quality of work, as never got that far.

Fantastic, prompt service from Brad, despite having just broken his wrist!

We have had our bathroom and kitchen renovated and a small toilet room added upstairs. Overall, the work has been good, and the people carrying out the work have been polite and hardworking. The downside, though, is the organisation and poor communication. At one point, the kitchen and bathroom had been gutted, ceilings down in these rooms and hallway and our items all over the place. I was living in the home with my elderly mum the whole time so it was not great. Really, it would have worked better, doing one area at a time. There was no definitive notice in advance as to what would be happening each day. I have found damage to my kitchen worktop and a panel to a unit which nobody thought to mention, kickboards not leaving enough space for flooring, I had extras added for additional items I had to buy as they were not happy with what I chose originally so the final price was not what was originally quoted. Despite asking for floors to be covered and windows etc the plasterers never did this and left their rubbish behind, including old plaster. There are areas I'm still not 100% with but overall it's a good result.

I can 100% recommend the Brad Rogers Group. Tom, the engineer, was friendly and professional, and completed the work to a high standard. Their quoted price for the job was very reasonable and competitive. They are my preferred, go-to, local plumbing and heating firm.

Plummer was very polite, did the job, advised us to get a new carbon monoxide detector as our one didn't have a date on it, so didn't know how old it was. Ordered one while he was here.

We have had many issues appear over the last few weeks to months! They have been great in organising the team to come out to help identify the issues as well as being very amenable to our busy schedules! Consistent amazing support from the office and the plumbers on site! Highly Reccomend! 🙏

I have used BRPH for my boiler service for about 10 years. I always get first class service. I was given a time slot of 8 am and 12 Noon. Brads engineer arrived promtly just after 8. He carried out the boiler service quickly, quietly and thoroughly. He was polite and friendly.

Our issue was initially mis diagnosed, but it was rectified and we were charged fairly for the work done.

The work done by Nathan, on behalf of the Brad Rogers Group, was excellent. He repaired a crack in our wall & ceiling, fitted new pine cladding along the hall wall, under the radiator and made numerous repairs to the wood work & walks before painting. He painted our hall, stairs and landing, and also the new conservatory wall. All work was carried out to a very high standard. Any me ess was cleared up as he worked, and before he finished each day. Nathan was very polite and went out of his way to keep a low profile. He was friendly, with a lovely sense of humour. We wouldn't hesitate to use the BR G again.

The team rewired & installed our new cooker & then serviced our LPG boiler for a reasonable price. Joseph from Brad Rogers did a fantastic job replacing 2 WCs, altering pipework for new washing machine. Worked clean and tidy. Turned up punctually.

When the plumber arrived he put on covers over his footware, I showed him what was needed to be done as we had reported a leak from a pipe going to the pump which I repaired, but we still wanted him to remove the water pump, which he completed to my satisfaction. He used a vacuum cleaner to remove the excess water from the pipes, which left no mess or damp patches. I was very impressed with the quality of work and would recommend this firm to anyone.

I can't rate Brad Rogers Group highly enough. I asked the company to get involved in a complex house refurbishment over a very short timescale. The scope of work grew (complete central heating system, bathroom installation and extensive electrical upgrades in a two week period) and we hit a number of unforeseen snags along the way. It was quite stressful for all concerned but Brad and his team did everything they could to get us into the property on time and we were able to move in. A highly professional and reliable business who were able to react extremely well to difficult circumstances. Very happy with the service they provided. An engineer came asap and it was thought I had a problem with the boiler PCB connections, as I had hot water but no heating. The boiler is 11 years old now. The connections were all checked and all seemed well again. Unfortunately, the problem happened once more so had to call again . Like before , someone came asap and everything was checked . It turned out it was actually a faulty timer/control box. A new one was fitted very quickly and a service done. All is now working fine. Both engineers were polite and carried out the work cleanly and efficiently. They kept me informed of what they were doing and what the problem could be. I was not forced into paying more than I needed to in order to solve the problems. I have always been happy to use Brad Rogers and his team and will continue to do so.

Great job done by Tyler from BRPH rerouting some pipework to a radiator that had been changed a few years ago. Very tight original pipework to work with but he hit the job done quickly and really neatly. Pleasure to have in the house.

Nothing was too much trouble for the team - they were respectful, always kept us in the loop, and took care of several teething problems with items we had ordered on our behalf. We had the guys rip out our old bathroom and fit a brand new one. The quality of the finish was extremely high so we couldn't be happier with the final result. The communication and organisation of all the team was really good. Despite some unforeseen set backs during the work, the team managed to get around the issues and get things back on track. He carried out the replacement very efficiently and took away all the discarded bits!! He was professional but approachable. Our bathroom fitter had let us down just before Christmas leaving us without finishing the installation and with no sink. Tyler came out the day before Christmas Eve and installed the sink for us doing an amazing job thank you. We are looking forward to getting a quote to get the rest of the bathroom checked and finished off in the New Year.

Great service and efficient

I was asked to renovate a kitchen for my client, I used BRPH to connect the gas hob for me, the previous owner had made a mess of disconnecting the old gas supply. One of the engineers came out to me, was extremely polite, punctual and made a very neat job of running a new pipe and checking it all over, meaning I could the finish the kitchen. It's great to have somebody on hand who you can trust to ensure a job is carried out correctly and efficiently.
