JPS Renewables installed 18 Solar Panels and a Tesla Battery in August 2023 for us. We are so glad we used JPS to install these for us. The process was so smooth from Site Survey with Matt to the Installation Team completing the work. They were all very polite and respectful of our property and tided up as they went. When they finished you would never have know they had been round. We have left it until now to write a review as we wanted to live with the Panels and the Battery for a while, we can now safely say this was the best investment that we have made. It is great seeing your Tesla battery charging up via the Tesla App, it almost becomes addictive for the first few weeks, all this free energy being harvested from the sun. We did get another quote from another company, but we weren't happy with their ideas as this other company wanted to put Solar Panels onto our Garage roof to get the maximum wattage for us. JPS did not see the need to do this and I believe we now get a bit more energy harvested with the Solar Panels JPS have used and all 18 Panels are on our roof as we wanted. We highly recommend JPS.

The whole process of the installation of my solar panels and battery from the initial visit by the salesman, the survey and the installation itself were very professional and efficient. I am delighted with the result, it is very neat and the equipment and cabling is unobtrusive. The first battery that was installed failed shortly after commissioning (no fault of JPS), but they installed a replacement the next day which was brilliant. We've dealt with several members of staff at JPS during the last year or so and without exception, they have all been very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. We had a Tesla Powerwall fitted recently by Anthony and Rob and they were both excellent, very friendly, very courteous, totally professional in everything they did and with an attention to detail that is so often missing these days. The team that came to fit our solar system were outstanding. They kept us informed every step of the way. They went above and beyond to ensure the installation was as unobtrusive as possible. Not an easy task when installing in an unknown property. Nothing phased them. All queries were treated with the utmost courtesy and comprehensive explanation. We had seven gentlemen in our house for two days. All were courteous and they carried out their work diligently, efficiently and unobtrusively. There was very little mess which they cleared up, leaving us as if they had never been here. One of the gentlemen even installed the apps to my phone for me. Since instillation the system has been working perfectly. I has one query the day after installation. I spoke to customer service department at 9am and one of the team was on my doorstep at 9.30am. Problem quickly solved. Excellent aftercare. All the necessary paperwork arrived by email and is very comprehensive. We had a couple of queries which were quickly dealt with by Naomi. From the initial contact with JPS through to the instillation we have had nothing but positive out comes with all members of staff. We have no hesitation in recommending this company to anybody who is contemplating having Solar energy installed.

From start to finish JPS service has been great. I was under no pressure at all to get signed up and I was given just enough information to know what was needed and not to be confusing/overwhelming. The surveys and fitting of the panels were carried out with respect to my property and all workmen were really respectful and friendly. The scaffold company used were also great, very respectful and careful of property and a nice bunch of people. (I've had bad experience with scaffolders in the past so it was very reassuring to know therecare some good ones out there). Would recommend JPS without hesitation.

JPS did not provide the "cheapest quote" for a solar system but with the use of high end components and a truly first class installation service it was great value for money. From start to finish the process was smooth and I was kept updated with the progress of applications. The installation was quick and the team kept the disruption to an absolute minimum. Was able to have the scaffolding put up in advance to allow time to undertake other repairs. The enphase microinverters have really helped with the shading issues and the fully black panels with bird mesh look tidy and in keeping with the area. This company really is the Carlsberg of solar installers.

JPS have been professional and courteous in all areas of communication, their site team were excellent and the Team leader Luke has advised on all aspects of the installation which has resulted in an excellent, tidy and easy to use system which has so far delivered exactly what was proposed by the surveyor Mat. I would not hesitate to recommend JPS for the installation of Solar Panels and Tesla Powerwall.

JPS has provided excellent customer service. Both their office staff and engineers were helpful, friendly and professional. They not only assisted with the paperwork and diagrams needed for FIT payments from another company's installation, but also gave helpful information and advice going forward.

We received good advice and very responsive service. The quality of the installation was excellent with the installer taking time to explain things and understand our system and requirements. We had a Tesla Powerwall 2 and gateway installed. We will be having additional solar and a Zappi charger installed in the next couple of weeks. We are very pleased with the outcome.

Absolute pleasure to deal with. They were genuinely very nice people and very professional. The process of getting my G99 from SSEN was horribly delayed but once it came through, JPS were on it very quickly and the solar panels and the Powerwall were installed quickly and without fuss. The on-site service by all JSP guys was very professional, respectful, and very approachable. They kept me informed at all times during both installations, and made sure I was fully aware what had been installed and how it worked.

When you're making a large long term investment in your home, you need a company you can trust and these guys delivered for me. From start to finish I received good pragmatic advice and no hard-sell approach - giving me time to make sure I knew what I wanted and was happy with it. A very transparent process. I do recommend that if you're looking to invest in your property in this way, you do your homework though and ask all the questions you can. Also, factor in manufacturer warranty periods and consider optional extended warranties, where you might want a bit of extra cover. Communications with JPS have been good both during the sales process and continuing today with any queries I have being dealt with - even when they may be tricky questions. JPS answered all my questions, no matter how technical, and were able to explain how and why things fit together the way they do (AC/DC connections, etc). The install process was smooth and the installers were incredibly professional and approachable. Everything is installed neatly and very little mess during the install (all tidied up at the end as well). Can't recommend these guys enough and, in fact, I'm already considering expanding on my installation within the next year or so with JPS. I've uploaded a couple of pictures of the install and, like others, you can see how good it looks. Thank you to everyone at JPS - from Jack the designer, to everyone in the office and, obviously, the incredible team of installers who put it together for me.

We had JPS install solar, batteries and an EV charger earlier in the year and they were fantastic. I originally made contact to ask about solar and batteries. Ross got in touch later that day (energy prices weren’t so crazy in January 2021) – he knew his stuff and was able to talk me through the potential solutions – and played devil’s advocate a bit to my thinking which was really helpful. Following a bit more research we decided to go ahead and JPS managed the whole process. Importantly they had the stock and people to install. As part of this we also decided to get them to install an EV charger – we’d been waiting several months for a large company to install and JPS had the whole thing sorted in a couple of weeks. Everyone we dealt with was super knowledgeable, gave great customer service and from what we saw, they seem to have good systems/processes in place to support the customer journey. Install teams were efficient and friendly (especially when fed with tea and biscuits!) and left things tidy afterwards. We’ve been really pleased with how the system has performed over the summer meaning around 80%+ of our energy needs have been met by solar power (including car charging) and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend JPS based on our experience!

I would just like to say how excellent this company is. Ive had a few charger issues but they've resolved them very quickly. Kate Gibbs is extremely helpful. Its definitely the sign of a good company when they resolve problems so quickly. Everything has been done to a very high standard.

From sales through install to support, JPS have been exemplary. Ross explained clearly what he felt was the ideal system setup for me and why, he left me to make my decision. The install team were informative, quick and polite, leaving no mess. The support team in terms of advising on the process for dealing with UKPN and for help on some small software issues have been quick and clear.

Originally had JPS Renewable Energy for EV Charger Installation, from Quote to Contacting to Installation Team to completion they were efficient polite professional and top quality, so good we had them for our solar and battery system installation, we are in the queue for a battery, as you can imagine they are in short supply, But yet again they live up to their reputation paperwork and welcome pack dealing with certificates all part of an extremely professional polite efficient service So much so we are considering adding a few more solar panels and are currently talking through costs with them again Good old fashioned service with top quality technology a rare company indeed I always recommend give them a call to see for yourself

I have to say how hugely impressed I have been. Having done as much research before contacting any salesmen I had a decent understanding of solar installations and also had a good idea of my requirements. I started to contact solar pv installers and found them to be slow to respond and one local company told me they wouldn't answer any questions until I was willing to confirm that I could go ahead with the installation within a month! Then I made contact with JPS. Ross answered my questions straight away and wasn't pushy. In fact he was a total pleasure to deal with. As were the office staff in dealing with a couple of questions I had. From the point of me ordering the installation they have exceeded my expectations. They have kept me informed at every stage of the process and done exactly as promised. On the day of installation it was raining all day, however the 3 installers never complained. They were polite, tidy and respectful. The installation is very neat and the system is out performing expectations. 5 stars..... I'd give higher if I was allowed!

I have been extremely impressed by JPS Renewable Energy at every stage from asking for a quote through to installation. I spoke to Max about a quote and he took the time to talk me through all aspects and I received the quote within an hour having agreed the best system for me. I was expecting to get a 4kWh system and I managed to get a 5.5kWh system within my bidget. Dan came to do the survey and couldn't have been more helpful. Three weeks later the team lead by Dan and Luke came to my house and installed the system. There was a very minor glitch (lose resistor in the control panel which wasn't JPS' fault) which Louis came to sort out within 24 hours. First class service at all times. What a great company, one that I can't praise enough and all from an initial Google search. Just waiting for my Tesla Powerwall now but that is due to the worldwide backlog. If you want solar and / or a battery then I woudl highly recommend JPS.

Over the last 3 years we've had a lot of work done at our house. 2 Extensions, interior upgrades, a complete garden landscape and more. All of it has been a largely great experience with skilled and caring professionals doing the work for us, mostly on time and on budget. Our experience with JPS Renewable Energy tops it all. In the last week JPS have completed a large domestic solar PV installation, installing 50 x 350w panels across 3 aspects of our home on a complex and multi-levelled roof. All associated wiring and equipment has been installed exactly as we discussed and with an expert tidy finish, inclusive of the myenergi Eddi Solar Diverter to heat our hot water, and Zappi to use excess generation to charge our cars. From the initial site survey and associated advice from Rob, to the many questions and slight changes of plan I had, to the scheduling and paperwork, on-time project start date, installation, comissioning and even departure (leaving everything clean and tidy), everyone at JPS has been great. Luke and his installation team were exceptionally polite, courteaous and respectful, and we were more than comfortable allowing them free reign in and around our home whilst we were both working. They even went above and beyond, tidying up some of the historicly messy wiring in our electrical services room and fixing some of our broken roof tiles whilst they were up there. For anyone considering Solar, or any other products and services offered by JPS, I would not hesitate to reccomend the team.

Fantastic service. I had a charge point installed recently and couldn't check for month as my car was delivered later then expected. It was proper, clean job and I have got a neat looking charge point with no wires to be seen and working perfectly!

Trustworthy, efficient, great attention to detail, did me a good deal, installed the Zappi and Eddi perfectly. Staff were superb, the installation is perfect, they moved the Eddi afterwards so we could use the waste heat inside the house - Richard provided me with further advice afterwards. JPS supplied and installed my Zappi EV charger. Richard was very helpful and kept me fully informed of details for the installation. Simon and his assistant were polite and professional while carrying out the Installation. Simon fully explained the different modes and screens on the Zappi control panel. After 2 days a fault occured on the Zappi, Richard responded to my email within hours . The unit was replaced the next day by Simon. The fault was an internal hardware fault I will be using JPS again when I upgrade my PV system. Very happy with JPS knowledge and service

I do not recommend JPS Rewnewables. The director literally screamed and shouted at me (on camera) when I said I was not happy with their installation. Update. Turns out JPS didn't property gauge the wiring. Yet another cowboy tradesmen. Whether you agree with me or not, do your research. And FU JPS

JPS Renewables and Richard come with my very highest of recommendations. I was originally recommended Richard by around 3 or 4 people on the Tesla Owners Group UK Forums; and while the quotations from some of the national installers were slightly cheaper - I wanted the ability to interact with an actual specialist and not just salespeople (especially as I wanted to integrate my Solar with a Zappi and Eddie). To this end, as soon as I met Richard I cut off all communications with the other installers and committed there and then. This has definitely paid off, not only was the install perfect and the integration with Zappi and Eddie Seamless - but when I came across a few issues with a neighbour along the way - JPS were professional and discrete in finding a solution. If you are thinking of Solar and based in Kent / London, using JPS is an absolute no brainer! Thanks again to Richard and the team. (Installed: 16 Solar Panels, Zappi, Eddie, Harvi)
