ETE Electrical Contractors Ltd

Ian from ETE Electrical Contractors installed a 32 amp supply for an induction hob and replaced some smoke alarms. I was very pleased with the work — Ian did a great job and carried out everything exactly as required. The installation was done efficiently and to a good standard. I’d happily recommend ETE Electrical Contractors.

Prompt, competent and reasonably priced. I would happily use Ian Lewis again.

Fantastic service! The initial quote was booked in within good time and Ian was really informative and discussed the various options which would work best for us and our new home in regards to different models and the EV charger location options. Ian managed to fit the installation before xmas which was really helpful. The installation was smooth, straight forward and the team were great. There has been no problems with the charge since and we are very happy - would def recommend!

Very professional, excellent at communicating and thorough in their work. Ian first did some work for us adding a new power plug, and then came back to replace our bathroom fans and to insulate the flume. Both him and Luke were tidy, respectful and happy to answer any questions. For the second job, they were able to quickly identify the problem and suggest solutions, taking into account any restrictions on our side.

Extremely poor treatment from the customer service rep on the phone, cut me off before I could say anything

Thanks Ian and Lewis for your diligent and tidy work attending to a number of domestic electrical issues. I appreciate your professionalism and careful investigation of a couple of problems.

Installed a new small fuse box in my garage and fed a supply to a new shed and a summerhouse. Really great job completed 100% as requested and within the timescales and costs quoted. Everything properly tested and even done an extra job for me in a spare 10 minutes. Great job, thoroughly recommend.

We had a difficult legacy tech issue but they did a great job at sourcing materials and installing them professionally. Always felt that communication was transparent and fair

Downstairs rewire, hob and shower rewire completed at residential address. The quote given was accurate, when the final invoice was received. We are very pleased with the work Ian and his team completed. They were always punctual, very tidy and clean. All the work was completed thoroughly and professionally. We would highly recommend this company and will definately be using them again.

Cannot recommend this company enough, friendly service with a high level of expertise. We recently had a whole new re-wire and new consumer unit installed. All work done was with care and a high standard, with great advise along the way. Considering the level of work we had done, using them made us feel at ease and we will be working with them for many years to come.

We booked Ian (ETE Electrical) to carry out a survey of our building wiring, as he was from a local business. From quotation to completion of work, the service was first class. Ian attended site when stated, completed the work as agreed and left the premises very clean and tidy. He was professional and trustworthy. He made the whole process very easy to understand and explained what work he was going to carry out for us. We have now arrange for Ian to return every six months to maintain our fire alarm system, which is a comfort to know, as he clearly cares about the service he provides to his customers. We would 100% recommend anyone using ETE for their electrical requirements.

Ian replaced all of our outdated heat and smoke alarms most efficiently. He arrived on time, worked very tidily, was very informative and helpful. Altogether a very satisfactory experience - no fuss, no mess and excellent advice and guidance. I would recommend to anybody

ETE Electrical fitted all the electrical lighting etc throughout my jewellery shop in 2004, the owner Ian came out to quote the job himself and had been recommended to me by a friend who is a business owner and had used ETE. I instantly felt at ease with Ian as he took the time to explain to me what I needed and why I needed certain things. He did a good job and the place was spotless when he left (he had to do a whole lot of floor ripping up and all sorts!) Since using him in the shop I have used him to fit out our home and also have recommended him to other friends who are business owners who in turn have used him in their homes and companies. I would describe ETE as reliable and trustworthy with high standard of work. As a female I am always concerned about getting ripped off by tradesman and mechanics, this above all is why I recommend ETE as Ian (I would ask for him if you enquire) is very trustworthy. I shall use him always now for any electrical work I need done. Chari Charmian Beaton Design Contemprary jewellery, Maidstone.
