Cancelled my appointment without informing me, when i called to find out where they were they gave a poor excuse and half hearted apology.

Plumbing for Dishwasher Left the job mid-way without even notifying. Even after repeated attempts to contact he did not respond. I kept on waiting for few days before I gave up and hired someone else. #### Answer from tradesperson: A job has to be started to be left midway.he could not make his mind up where he would like the appliance installed. would not stick with price agreed. Removal of old boiler system, and installation of a new boiler into the loft Decommission old boiler and replace with new combo boiler in a different location and install thermostat in hallway. Faisal was very professional throughout who talked me through the whole install and what was involved. Nothing was to much trouble when I asked for changes as the job was half way complete. He went out of his way to make sure I got what i wanted. He turned up on time and finished the job as scheduled. He made no mess and left the house as he found it albeit with a new boiler fitted. I wish other tradesmen were like this.

extending an existing electrical circuit to accomadate for the new building extension, installation of new circuits for lighting and sockets. Faisal completed the electric work on my home extension which included one room kitchen and shower room. He was very nice and pleasant and always turned up on time. What I liked most about his professionalism was that he did what the said he was going to and made no false promises in regards to his workmanship, he delivered a job better then we excepted - even my father was pleased.
