Thank you very much for your detailed explanation and for fitting my new consumer unit, conducting the checks, and completing the work at a good rate. I also appreciate you finalising the checks before issuing an EICR report.

Thank you very much to Anees from EPC Gas Specialist Ltd, who took this job at the last minute and dedicated significant time and effort explaining and discussing everything with me. He carried out the final checks, went over various tests, and managed the supply and fitting of a new consumer unit. After further testing, he ensured everything was up to scratch, re-checked to confirm all was well, and provided a certificate at a fair price for my rental property.

Very responsive and can rely on these guys

Recently hired EPC Specialist to handle my house’s EPC (Energy Performance Certificate) certification, and the entire process went smoothly from start to finish. The team was professional, punctual, and made sure to explain everything clearly. They provided a comprehensive report with all the necessary details, and the certification was completed in a timely manner. I appreciated how hassle-free the whole experience was, and they were very responsive to any questions I had along the way. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of an EPC certification everything was handled efficiently, and I felt confident throughout the entire process.

Needed a EPC, ElCR as well as Gas Certificate urgently. Anees Farooq managed to book in within a week. Inspected and got the documentation back to me within 24 hours. Brilliant

Fantastic service. Fitted me in at the last minute for a much needed EPC. Could not recommend highly enough.

Great service, and the best price around Luton for an EPC certificate

I am a carer my client has been left with no cooker for 5 weeks because of the work this company carried out just installing a cooker Is carers have been left with no way of cooking for our disabled client. The company have not answered countless calls from the landlord on the matter. Our client never received a certificate and was never shown identification The new electrician has since had to replace wires to the fuse box something this company did not even pick up on. I am disgusted how this company just ignores your calls when they have had to redo their work on 3 separate occasions and still could not fit a cooker correctly. I would not trust safety with this company.

Great service very efficient

Excellent service kaheel mahamid went above and beyond to be helpful, he cleaned the fluff and dirt that had acumalated over 15 years kayheel said it was stopping the maxi on heat trying to get through the radiator he also hoovered the mess and put the hoover away, I’ve never encountered such a lovely polite helpful person I defiantly recommend EPC Specialists. Regards Mrs J Stolworthy
