I am so pleased with this shop, I took a desk lamp which had just stopped working, it isn't an expensive lamp but sentimental. Despite it being sn older type fitting, they went above and beyond to solve the issue and find the part. Very reasonable price and very pleased indeed.

I had a disappointing experience with Longridge Electrical Services. We agreed a price upfront, but when it came time to pay they added an extra fee. The reasons given didn’t make sense and I was told something that I believe was not legal because it wasn't in the contract. I felt misled and very disappointed. The way it was communicated was very unpleasant specifically because I was with my 11 years old daughter who cried as soon as we left the shop in Berry Lane. Personally I felt comed. I always try to support local traders even if they cost a bit more, because supporting the community matters to me. I expected some flexibility with the dates but there were none. I can’t recommend them.

I was wanting to convert a touch lamp into an on/off lamp and the lovely team at Longridge Electrical Services were so helpful and informative, getting my newly revamped lamp back to me the very next day! I cannot recommend their services enough. Thank you!

A very well stocked shop. They have every type of electrical appliance and part you can think of. The staff are very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. A great shop to visit anytime.
