Alect Electrical Services Ltd

When they found our address it was good.

Just wanted to say, I had a guy from this business last week come out to do some outside work on the piping. He was a fantastic kid, well mannered, explained everything crystal clear to me about the job. I hope all the lads who work for the company are like that.

Consumer unit fitted poorly with exposed tails and damaged insulation. Driver was also seemingly in a hurry as he drove at excessive speed, nearly hitting my son!

Absolutely bombed it down Wilmot Street, Sawley at 10:55 on Monday 12th December nearly taking out my son. Wilmot Street is a residential street with a school and elderly people, please don’t treat it like an A road.

A first class company. From your first phone call to the job being finished correctly, the whole experience is friendly, professional and responded to quickly. Excellent.

Great staff and customer service

Alect responded quickly to my electrical issue and the job was done well. Nice friendly people who I would recommend anyone using in Northamptonshire!

Great company going from strength to strength, keep up the great work

I like the quick way they respond. I like their honest price structure. I think they are a company that have values and it shows in their approach to a job no matter how small.

Great service with full EICR report delivered by email in under 24 hrs. Would highly recommend and certainly use again.

Alect were really prompt with their service and excellent value for money. Matthew, the electrician on the day, turned up on time, very efficient and helpful and overall excellent quality of work. Excellent customer service from Sean as well. 100% recommend Alect for any electrical work in the East Midlands.

Sean and his team did a brilliant job of rewiring our house, we were on a tight budget and a tight timescale and Sean made Gareth available for a week starting Monday the following week. Gaz managed to complete the entire rewire within 4 days! We would happily recommend Alectelectrical to anyone and we've now got a local company that we can trust for any electrical work we might require in the future.

Would highly recommend this company! Did a fantastic job with my outdoor lights.

Very reliable company. Have used them many times most recently for a rewire on a rented property. From first contact with the owner Sean the service was first class. The lads were very professional and I will definitely be recommending this company to anyone who needs electrical work doing.
