Fastnett Fire and Security Ltd

Thank you Matt for coming so quickly and not promising anything until you had all the information you needed to make the correct assessment. HIGHLY recommend, especially in an emergency. Discrete, professional and extremely competent. Thank you again!

When I first met Matt, he displayed a baffling grasp of technical detail. But under the know-how lurks a warm and honourable expert with a wry sense of humour. He's handled a complex project over several months with diligence and great diplomacy. For any future electrical project -- particularly one involving compliance with intricate regulations -- he'd be my first port of call.

Great service. Needed support on my alarm system and this was provided on the same day. Would use again and recommend.

We, Deza Express, an off-license in Tottenham. Our phone line has been switched to digital lately, and our burglar alarm stopped sending notifications. We called our alarm company, Sight Force, asking for a solution. They installed a network comms card and a mobile app which now allows us to access burglar alarm remotely.

Umut was very professional and courteous. He was able to diagnose the problem with my alarm (when others failed to do so) and explain what needed to be done to resolve the issue. Highly recommend! Thanks Umut!

Quality service from Sight Force. I was able to secure an appointment within a day of calling for a replacement battery for my wireless siren security alarm. He even undertook unplanned extra work without having to re-book another visit to get my CCTV remote access connected to all my devices which involved drilling walls and connecting my router from the second floor to the ground floor where the CCTV hard drive lives - which was then followed on by downloading applications to our devices and a little tutorial to get us started up. Umut was very professional, friendly, punctual and patient. Now my alarm system is in working order and I can remotely view my cameras from my phone. Highly recommended great service. Thank you..

Amazing service, as a new laser tag centre (future survival events) in Gravesend, we took on a building that didn’t have a working fire alarm system. So we searched around for a company to do our fire alarms, we started to lose hope as no matter who we asked we couldn’t get what we wanted, with mag locks, push buttons, fire alarms. Safe to say when we got told that it could be done, we was sceptical as everyone had said it couldn’t be. Well, we are not disappointed! Thank you sight force!

Enquired about an alarm system uninstall for a residential property. The engineer arrived within a couple of hours, very professional and courteous. The place was left spotless and even disposed of the old cabling/ sensors .Highly recommended!

This company are the best! Umut is so friendly and efficient, goes out of his way to ensure he carries out the work, and goes the extra mile. It is always important when hiring to ensure they know all the regulations and Sight force does not fall short! Definitely recommend Sight Force!

Sightforce was on the job in an instant. I work from home and was really easy going and trustworthy having him round the house. Installed a full fire alarm system in a matter of days! Great guy, good laugh thoroughly recommend!

Sight Force is a fantastic electrical / electronics company. They install not only Fire Detection Systems that I required for an HMO in Woodford but CCTV and other security services for business and homeowners. From first contact Umut not only attended to assess the job the next day but had the work completed to my satisfaction within 3 days. He gave me a written estimate within 12 hours of attending the property and after the price (very reasonable) was agreed he gave me a start date within two days. It was professionally installed, a very neat job with a minimum disruption and explanations on how the job was progressing on a daily basis. I cannot recommend Umut and Sight Force highly enough. 5 stars excellent.
